I would definitely return for any needs I need done. I plan to be back for my next service needed!

Our ONLY disappointment was that we could not locate our Rewards card and you do not allow the service dept. to look it up online to find out. So we could not use our points that day. Not sure where our card went. We thought that as long as it was online, you could find it. We are low tech seniors. Had our iPhone with us but lacked the ability to get to the rewards' site & find out the answer. We just know that before coming to our service appt., we'd received an email from Matthews. I went online to set up the appt. While doing that (on our home computer, not on phone), it stated that we had over 400 points. You should trust your service personnel to access our account. We have nothing to hide.

Clean, effecient, friendly, helpful - prompt in returning my calls, would highly recommend Matthews to friends and family

Basically everything I ask for is accomplished with our three cars and right the first time!

Fred was pleasant and and helpful. Called when car was finished and had it cleaned.

Rob is always pleasant in greeting me, and very attentive to any issues, concerns, and questions I may have regarding the servicing of my vehicle. He always takes the time to explain things in a manner which I can understand. As far as the Service Center, it is very clean and orderly, and everyone I encounter is very professional.

Scabs! Rather throw parts at a vehicle than actually fix it right the first time. Customer can't be right so tell them their wrong. I was right though. Still took those clowns 5 months to figure it out 🤣

Went in for simple oil change/ inspection. Hit them with surprise problem discovered on drive in. They handled everything quickly and efficiently.

Very professional. Pointed out issue and repaired it promptly. Work area very clean and orderly
