First, was surprised we had to drive all the way to Glassman for an oil change...wasn't told we had to go to a "subaru" authorized oil change place until after we leased vehicle - or our warranty would be cancelled. BUT, our experience for the oil change service was impeccable.

It’s easy to make appointments on line, the waiting area

It’s easy to make appointments on line, the waiting area is very comfortable and the service time is delivered in the time received or better. I love the diagnostic print out that allows me to plan for upcoming maintenance.

I have a 2019 Subaru Impreza which had been serviced

I have a 2019 Subaru Impreza which had been serviced where it was purchased. On recommendation of a friend, I came to Glassman. This was my first appointment for an oil change in the Service Department. Roy answered my questions, explained everything in detail and had a great attitude. Mathew, the technician, came out and also answered questions about the inspection. Other necessary services were provided as anticipated. I found staff to be positive, knowledgeable and very helpful from being greeted on arrival to the cashier at the end. I drove out of service when I remembered that I needed a change on my dash board but did not know how to do it. When I came back in the staff recognized that I had just left and immediately came to the car. A service person got in and was able to make the adjustment. I will definitely will return to get service from this location.
