Following extensive internet research looking for a stylish executive mid size SUV, I set my goals on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I live in Boulder, CO and as a person who believes in stimulating the local economy, the Pollard dealership was top of my list. The sales person that managed the entire transaction was Markus Braun. I found Markus friendly and warmed to his approach very quickly. There was no pushy salesmanship, just someone who listened to questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. I tend to ask a lot of questions and run many scenarios, but Markus was patient and up to the task. I test drove a couple of Jeep variations and Markus explained the differences between the Grand Cherokee configurations. It can get complex but Markus explained very clearly. He knew his stuff. As I narrowed down on precisely what I wanted and a budget, Markus helped to find the right car. There was some too'ing and fro'ing on negotiations and we all arrived at what felt like a win-win scenario. I also found Roxanne in the finance department, a delight to negotiate with and we had quite a blast as both sought a position that felt like a win-win. I am now the proud owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition 2017. It is exactly what I was looking for - an executive class mid size SUV, that will serve both business and personal lives well. From first arriving at the dealership to driving off in the new car, I observed the ambiance and work ethic of the other Pollard staff within the dealership. I felt a professional ambiance and the staff, when approached for help, were friendly and acted immediately. This is my first time purchase of a car from a US dealership and Pollard, in particular Markus, made the experience easy and pleasant. I recommend Pollard if you are looking to buy a new or used Jeep.

I came to the Jeep dealership three months into car shopping, and I had a loooooot of questions and a lot of uncertainty about which car to buy. Kaytlin showed me a car that was very close to what I was describing, talked me through all of my questions while we stood in the hot sun for close to an hour, and was not pushy at all.
