After going to two different Jeep Dealerships and having less than ideal experiences, I was happy to find this dealership and work with Kaytlin. She was personable and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. After going to many different dealerships, I now know that that is something that’s surprisingly hard to find. My wife and I have been interested in a more "appropriate" and fun vehicle since moving to Boulder a couple of months ago. We stopped and shopped at Pollard to look at and drive a few. Markus took great care of us, was informative and answered any questions we had while allowing enough space for us to make an informed decision. Once we were ready to go, the process was straightforward. We received a competitive bid on our trade-in and drove out with a new Wrangler. The team at Pollard was really friendly and did all they could to make the buying experience as easy as possible. While it was lengthy from start to finish, we are pleased with the result.

This dealership has very friendly and easy to work with employees who helped me get the car I wanted! It was a straight forward process and they offered some competitive pricing deals. Mark Chambers was very helpful and also pleased with them staying a bit later than hours to help me out when my other car had died. Overall an excellent experience over any other dealership with personable employees and a straight forward approach to buying a new car.

I brought my 2013 Grand Cherokee to Pollard to be serviced approx 1 month ago and had my water pump replaced after it failed causing coolant to leak all over my engine bay. Pollard covered the expense as it was still under the power-train warranty. This past Saturday 11/11 while driving to Boulder I noticed the smell of coolant again and the Jeep starting to overheat. I immediately drove the car to Pollard and although the service department was closed, Min the pre-owned manager was kind enough to give me a loaner as I had just had the same issue w/ the jeep one month earlier. They called me first thing Monday morning and are working on diagnosing all the issues. The staff has been great and they seem to care about the customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Denver/Boulder metro area looking to buy or service their vehicle.
