Great Service Department

Jonathan and his team were accommodating to my needs by providing a loaner vehicle and helpful by providing a digital invoice to review prior to discussing needed repairs and authorizing work. Overall, fixing the unknown coolant leak for my Mini Cooper was super easy.

Best Service Representative In Maryland

I bring my Mini to the Baltimore dealership primarily because of Allen. He is always very polite and professional. He has taken time to get to know me personally and we have become friends. He is always looking after my best interests and only recommends services that are needed. Trusting your Service Advisor is the number one trait I look for in determining where I take my car to get serviced. Steve B

Mini of Baltimore-Employee Excellence

Mini of Baltimore is a great dealership and repair shop because if it’s employees. In my experience, these folks are excellent mechanics, technicians and problem solvers. Road Hazard Help

Recent road hazard events brought me into Mini of Baltimore a couple times outside scheduled service visits and Allen Rolocut was able to process my vehicle and give me a choice of available loaners as required. Allen ensures my Mini gets a complimentary car wash after service is complete which is always a nice touch. Thanks a bunch :)

Aimed to please.......

Came in for service on my car and Allen Rolocut greeted me very professionaly and made it a point to stay in contact with me daily as to the status of my vehicle, just a he had promised me when entering the dealership. When a situation arose in regards to my car and a possible delay, Allen went out of his way to accommodate me and see that I had my car as soon as possible. His follow-thru and sense of urgency for the customer is so appreciated!! Well done Allen
