Great and Caring Service!

Been coming to Mini of Baltimore for several years and always with service advisor Allen Rolocut. He is a very caring advisor and treats me fairly, not suggesting any service not required on my Mini. The dealership has kept up my 2012 Mini in great running shape since I've had service done here. Looking forward to returning again at next service interval.

great service and work hard to make sure they get it right

I take my Countryman to mini of Baltimore. My service rep is Allen Rolocut. He is a pleasure to work with. He keeps me informed and works to make sure I get the best service possible. I know he works for Mini, but he makes me feel as if I am the most important customer. Aside from that the staff is always friendly. It is a pleasure to go into this dealership.

Efficient and professional

When my check engine light came on, Allen was able to schedule me for same day drop off with a loaner. Drop off was efficient. He kept me apprised of repairs needed, as well as insuring that scheduled maintenance items could also be addressed while my Mini was in for service. Allen Rolocut is always polite and professional. So glad I found my Mini at Mini of Baltimore.

Friendly, Relaxing, and Worry-free!

Yoni (Jonathan Baron) is like part of the family, and I always know my Paceman is good hands. The scheduling and loaner reservation process is a breeze on-line. Communication is great, and there have never been any surprises. A trusting relationship will keep me loyal.

super service and super friendly

I had an issue with my key fob not working. I brought the car in around 9 and was helped immediately. Jonathan Baron listened and was very thoughtful about the issue. It took a while to diagnosis the problem but Jonathan kept me informed and let me know the timing as things updated. It turned out to be a problem with the sensor in the rearview mirror. Jonathan found the part and had it installed without charge. That was incredible and very kind. I felt that Jonathan was truly sympathetic to my problem and my time. And they washed car! Jonathan is the best!

Excellent serviice from Allen Rolocut

My Mini had a tire that needed a new tire valve. The scheduling and the service was fast and easy. As always Allen Rolocut provided awesome service. Allen Rolocut and the service technicians in the department are fabulous! In addition to conducting routine maintenance, I trust them to timely discover deteriorating conditions before they cascade into further, major dysfunction - without recommending unwarranted service.
