Outstanding in Every Respect!

I have been dealing with Mini of Baltimore since my first Mini in 2007. Three Minis and 11 years later I still return. Service Representatives like Allen Rolocut makes my decision easy when deciding on who to trust and where to have my Mini serviced. He has always provided outstanding customer service and it's always a pleasure working with him.

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership.

After a wonderful service experience with my last Mini, I came right back here for a new one. Mike helped me find the perfect Mini for my needs and when I asked for a special treatment to my wheels, got me right into the service department. Yoni took wonderful care of me as always and helped put the finishing touches on my new car. I have always had a great experience with the service group here. Who can actually say they like bringing their car in for service? I sure can.

Saved the Day!

MINI of Baltimore is always easy to get an appointment and they’re always very friendly and helpful to help you figure out what you Recently, I was fearing the end of my MINI and Allen was great. He helped worked my my outside car insurance to help find the best solution and most financially sound solution for me and my repairs! He really saved the day for me!

Exemplary Service

Allen R. Was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was so helpful and kind and considerate while setting up my check-up appointment. And when I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, he was right there to meet me and explain what the service visit entailed. When the service was completed, I was notified via phone that my Mini was done and I could pick her up. Overall a great experience. Thanks Allen!

An End To Dealership Worries

this was my first time visiting a dealership with my MINI and the first time I had been to a dealer for service in...well, a really long time. previous to this I had visited a mechanic near where I work. mostly because of their shuttle service. the personnel were pretty cool there too. i had a number of concerns i'm not really going to get into and don't really need to as i don't have them anymore. i called Mr. Baron and made an appointment without a transfer of tons of information. the entire experience was full of pleasant surprises. the two that stood out the most were how simple the experience was and the amount of information I was given about what my car needs. Mr. Baron pulled up a list of things that warranted attention and asked what I wanted to address. i picked what was most critical and had it fixed. there was no pressure to get more thing fixed than i wanted to at that time which was nice. i was also provided with a list (printed and emailed) of the other issues i'll need to address. Mr. Baron was pleasant, friendly, informative, honest (i came in for brake service but it was the brake sensors that had the issue), and respectful. i don't NEED to be respected but it was still cool (i'm black, it's complicated). So now my dealership worries are gone. In fact, my visit made the idea of going to a local mechanic slightly strange. MINI knows MINIs. That's why they're called MINI.

Experience with Joni to get my car functioning

GREAT service!

Yoni is amazing! I do an incredible amount of driving and I'm a frequent customer. Each and every time I'm providing with excellent communication through the entire service of my mini. Yoni goes the extra step to ensure that my service experience is top notch and he provides it all with smile :)
