Excellent and honest service
We recently purchased a preowned older Mini from a used car dealer. The exterior and interior condition were beautiful so fearing that was too good to be true, we decided to bring it in for an under the hood inspection. We chose Mini of Baltimore after reading reviews on their service and Yoni in particular. We were not disappointed. The service team was wonderful. Yoni was personable and attentive, but much to our dismay, the service team (sorry don't remember any names) found multiple and expensive issues...all of which could have been repaired, but after consulting with the experts at Mini of Baltimore, Yoni specifically, we decided that the cost would be far more than the car was worth, so we returned the used Mini to the previous dealer and got our money back. Other dealers might have encouraged us to repair the car, they would have nothing to lose, but the honesty and frankness of the staff at Mini of Baltimore was refreshing. Yoni was empathetic to our situation and that was greatly appreciated. When we returned our Mini to the other dealer, the cards were in our favor for another Mini to come our way that was still under warranty...so we bought it. Please don't think we didn't buy our Mini from Mini of Baltimore for any particular reason other than we are from Pennsylvania and the local dealer had the car that fit our need at the time. So again we brought this Mini in for servicing and a good check up. This time other than a few very minor issues (all under warranty) the car got a seal of approval from Mini of Baltimore and we were on our way. We did have to use a loaner car for two days while they traced and fixed an electrical issue, replaced a faded bumper piece and give it a thorough going over. We would highly recommend Mini of Baltimore and Yoni for any issues that concern the care and attention of this special breed of car. If we have any other service needs with this current Mini we will be going back to Mini of Baltimore. And by the way, when the time is right for us to purchase another Mini, it will be purchased at Mini of Baltimore.

Setting the Standard Bar
Let me preface this, with saying, that my previous vehicle had an outstanding service department. Therefore, I have a very, very high level of expectation from all service teams - Allen and Yoni have met and exceeded my expectations. They are very attentive and very diligent in every aspect of their jobs. Great, friendly, and hospitable!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, particularly in the service department. Allen Rolocut was great at explaining what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I would recommend this dealer because I had a great experience, they had every convenience available while you wait for your car to be serviced. Including free refreshments, T.V., and WiFi. They even have free loaner cars and free car washes available to their customers. I love my Mini and having it taken good care of is important to me and I trust Mini of Baltimore County to do a great job.

Allen Rolocut rocks as service advisor!
Allen kept me informed at every step - extended the loaner for extra days to accommodate my schedule - gave me the greatest value cost-wise - and in general, made my visit expeditious and hassle-free. service for mini with Allen
Allen is always a pleasure to work with. He keeps me updated with all that is going on with my car. He has answers to any problems before I even know that I have to do any research to fix an issue. I am never concerned about coming in for service, as I know that everything will be taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service.
Yoni always gives us the best customer service for both of our Minis. Diagnosis and the repairs are consistently done correctly and on time. The car was washed and spotless inside and out. Great job!

Excellent service
The staff at mini of Baltimore is very friendly and helpful. My service adviser, Allen Rolocut, always keeps me in the loop on what's going on with my 2008 mini. He always makes the process easy and convenient for me whether I have to leave the car or wait for it. Excellent service!!!

Maintaining high quality service!
As always, Yony Baron is a top notch service adviser. He was able to get my car into service, told me of the problem, the repairs needed, AND return my car to me all within 24 hours. I barely had time to drive the loaner before I was told I could pick up my car. Good folks all around at Towson MINI!

2003 Mini Cooper
I’d like to to say thank you fo Jonathan Baron who was my service person. He was very courteous and helpful when he walked me through the estimate for my repairs. My Mini is 15 yrs old and I have not needed to have much maintenance done. After my service I noticed how great it ran. Awesome job!!
