As always, excellent.

Yoni Baron and the whole service crew make every experience a joy. They are all courteous and professional. They go out of their way to make what can be painful drudgery ("my car is broken!) into a pain-free visit with caring, sensitive professionals. They know their product and care about their customers.

Extremely Polite & Courteous

The best at being customer sensitive. I have purchased cars for many years, There was an slight concern that I raised to the dealership and without hesitation it was addressed immediately. I know from my past experiences this would have been very costly, but Allen Rolocut and Collin Fox worked it out. Amazing! Excellent Service Review

To whom it may concern. I would like to commend your staff on their professional, courteous service. I especially would like to single out Yoni Baron. He always greets you at the door with a smile and a kind word. He takes care to make sure that warranties and such are current and applicable, and keeps you up to date with the service of the vehicle (what is the problem, how long it will take to repair, the expected cost, etc.). I also like the way the treats you like a friend, not just a customer, and have observed this behavior with everyone he helps.. Service that will exceed all your expectations!

I would like to commend Yoni Baron and everyone at Mini of Baltimore for always going out of their way to provide me the best possible service. Yoni always takes the time to clearly explain the service being performed on my car and goes out of his way to ensure I am kept updated during the service process. He truly cares for customers and their cars. I have absolute confidence in his expert service advice and his Mini Cooper expertise. There is no other Mini Cooper dealership that comes to close to the service Mini of Baltimore provides. Thank you Yoni for all you help!

I have been going to Mini of Baltimore for 2 years niece Nd the service is always top notch. Responsive, quick, and work with you on short fuse requests to get assistance. Yoni Baron is a pleasure to work with and is one of the reasons I will be a Mini driver for life.

Service

Yoni was very pleasant and helpful when I took my car in for service. Although I went in for an oil change, my car had other plans. Yoni took the time to explain everything, say what was necessary and could wait (due to my finances), and was even willing to show me the problems found.

Excellence in car care

Allen Rolocut is wonderful in every respect. He promised a great deal when my Mini was in very bad shape and came through with every promise to precisely what he had indicated. He even agreed to hold onto the car when I was unable to pick it up when it was ready, which, by the way, was exactly when he said it would be. A great outfit and Allen is superb!

Prompt, caring service

For 4 years and 2 Minis I have been bringing my cars to Mini of Baltimore for service. Allen Rolocut always schedules me promptly, makes sure everything is taken care of, and keeps me informed during the visit.. He is considerate and makes me feel valued as a customer. He lets me know of any wear issues that may need to be addressed at next year's oil change so I can plan ahead. I trust Allen to keep my cars running smoothly. I also like Mini of Baltimore's clean waiting room area with snacks. If service/repairs are going to take awhile, I find it very helpful and important that Mini of Baltimore provides a free loaner car.

Exemplary service!!

Allen Rolocut and the service technicians at MINI of Baltimore County did everything you'd want them to do - and more. As my Service Manager, Allen explained all aspects of the service exceptionally well, describing the unique (and complicated) issue that the very capable service technician had ably discovered as part of the vehicle service inspection BEFORE it caused a catastrophic fault, my options going forward for fixing it and considerations - including cost, risk and return on investment - for making my best service decision. Allen was particularly excellent in working out a creative solution for obtaining the best resolution for my best price. After my decision was made, Allen kept me well-apprised of what was happening and how parts availability was affecting the original timeline - and then somehow found more than $600 additional savings on the original quote. As a new service customer at MINI of Baltimore County, I'll trust them for all of my service issues going forward. Love 'em!!
