MINI of Towson

I have always had an excellent experience at Mini of Baltimore, especially with Yoni Baron. He is always extremely responsive and is always willing to discuss any services my Mini requires and is so kind and professional. I always know my car is in good and capable hands when I work with him!

Good customer service is rare these days, but Yoni always delivers excellent customer service every time I come in for service. He is responsive with communicating the status of my Mini and thorough in explaining what was done or services needed in the future. Jonathan always takes good care of me!

I've been a Mini owner for many years and continue to be impressed by the outstanding service from Yoni Baron. While this service appointment was a routine 60,000 mile service (oil, plugs, cabin filter), I asked Yoni to investigate an issue I had with the front bumper. After I described the issue, Yoni understood what had happened and was able to explain it to me, in non-mechanic terms. Once the maintenance was performed, he had the detail team clean up my mistake and gave me tips on what to do in the future if it ever happened again. Lastly, given the early morning appointment, Yoni is now giving me tips for good Breakfast places!! Turns out that there is a new cafe place next to Mini of Baltimore and it is very good. Talk about Full Service: took care of my car and my hunger!!

Regular maintenance to major repairs, Yoni Baron and the team at Mini of Baltimore County have always taken the best possible care of our Mini. Many thanks!

Alan Rolocut is the most attentive, welcoming, calm and caring service person I have ever dealt with. He is attentive to my time. He welcomes my call and never sounds rushed His demeanor is calm and caring. And the service I get is excellent.

Hands down the best experience at a car service ever. Great atmosphere, clean lounge area with drinks and snacks. I was provided drop off and pickup to and from written while my car was being worked on. Also my service advisor, Allen Rolocut was very professional and friendly. Kept me updated with the progress of the work. Overall, Wonderful experience.
