Took my Mini in for service last week. Again, Allen Rolocut was great to deal with. He is always pleasant & courteous & informative. Great customer service & a great representative of Mini.

It’s such a comfort to know that the mini service center always has your back. So when there’s trouble (and inevitively there is) instead of the anxiety that one used to feel, only the expected confidence is felt that things will be handled correctly. My service rep is Yoni Baron who has been the force that makes sure the work is done right and on time every time. I have two minis and will likely stay that way.

Joni Baron was able to give me a quick appointment for a tire issue I was having. Always accommodating and friendly. He is 5 stars through and through.

I am on my 3rd lease with a mini with Mini of Baltimore County. Yoni Baron has worked with me since the beginning, warm, genuine and professional , always going the extra mile, not only to seamlessly hook me up with good sales people when my lease is up, but to answer any questions about my car with patience and clarity. When the dealership moved to a different yet further location from Frederick MD where I live, he was so helpful with directions. It always feels personal, like a friend when interacting with Yoni. ,You have an outstanding person who represents the high standard of professional a Mini Dealership would want and value. I choose to drive this distance instead of going to the newer one in Montgomery County, MD solely because of Yoni and his superb care of me and my dear mini. Check engine light on yoni came back told me that it would take all day to repair got me a loaner car was on my way just a great guy he goes above and beyond to help his customers called me later that day. At was done ready for pickup I would recommend him to everyone do very professional Melissa
