Excellent Service

I have been bringing my MINI Cooper S to Baltimore for 4 years now. Allen Rollecut has been an outstanding service advisor. His friendly demeanor makes you feel welcome. He always identifies current required work, but also gives you required maintenance coming due, which allows you to plan financially. Additionally, MINI of Baltimore gives a military discount on service charges. My MINI dealership and service advisor of choice!

Vehicle repair

Yoni was awesome and had my car done on time, clean and ready to drive home m. His estimate was spot on and reasonable. Excellent service!

Excellent Service provided.

I have owned Minis since 2007 and have always been satisfied with the service at Mini of Baltimore. A recent service visit handled by Allen Rolocut went beyond my usual expectations of prompt, courteous service and a free car wash. A more complicated service than anticipated coincided with my husband's surgery and hospitalization. Allen put me at ease by assuring me that regardless of when the service was done, he would handle getting my car back to me, leaving me to worry about my husband. "Don't worry, we'll handle it" may seem very simple but sometimes it makes all the difference.

Jonathan Baron Great Service all the time.

I have had my Mini for almost 5 years. I have always gotten the best service from Mini of Baltimore. I took my car in last Saturday at 8:30AM, my car was taken in within 5 minutes. I asked Jonathan if there was any chance of it being done by 11:30AM, since I had hair appointment. He said yes and the car was done by 10:00 AM. As always the car was immaculate when I got it back. I will always take my car back there.

I really like the way the dealership operates

My salesperson, Jeff Testament, was great! Jake at closing was very kind and enthusiastic, and I had the pleasure of meeting Yoni Baron, the head of the service department and seeing him again after a little glitch with my car. I wish this dealership was closer to my home, but other than that, everyone was helpful. Yoni was particularly helpful and calming when the car gave me a message about a drive train problem. It turned out to be a sensor malfunction, not a mechanical malfunction, and it was fixed promptly, and an Uber was sent to my home so I could collect my car. His calm, reassuring demeanor was very helpful to me.

LOVE my Mini Dealership at Towson!

While most people may dread the day they need to take their car in, for me this is a treat I look forward to! Odd, ah? The Towson MINI dealership is like a family to me. Yani Baron, not only chats with me in my mother's tongue (Hebrew) he treats me like a VIP each and every time, making sure that I, and my car of course, get the best treatment. And I only have a 7 year old MINI I didn't even buy there!!! I am reminded of annual maintenance, accommodated promptly, and given a loaner car each time care exceeds three hours. And, my car ALWAYS gets washed and vacuumed! The last time I was there was for recall item management. It took less than two hours and got done well. My balance was $0! The Towson dealership, and especially Mr. Baron, exhibit professionalism and a user-friendly service beyond expectations. No doubt I will get my next car there! Hopefully soon...

Mini visit

Allen Rolocut is always a friendly and welcoming face at Mini. He takes the time to explain what is happening with your vehicle and makes sure it is taken care of in the best way possible. I think Mini should be very proud of his professionalism and caring ways.
