By far the best!
We bought our first Mini, a 2013 Roadster, in November of 2012 and have always had it serviced at Mini of Baltimore County even though we live over an hour and 40 minutes away and pass two other Mini dealerships on the way. This service department keeps us coming back! Yoni Baron is the best! Whether it is answering a question over the telephone or in person, he always makes us feel like we are his top priority. Even if he is not the person helping us during a visit, Yoni greets us in a friendly manner and asks how everything is going with the car and with us. When we traded in the Roadster for a new Hardtop this past weekend, I told the manager that if Yoni leaves the dealership, we will stop coming and I meant it!

Yoni rocks
I bought my '13 Cooper S Coupe new from MINI of Baltimore in October 2012. They have kept it running beautifully ever since. Oil changes are fast and Yoni is super-nice, respectful, helpful, and always gives great car advice. He really goes above and beyond.

great customer service
I've owned my Mini for 7 years this month. I've only ever taken it to MINI of Baltimore County for service. They are not inexpensive but it's a price I'll pay for trusting them to know my car and care for it properly. Schedule proper maintenance and avoid more costly problems. I've worked with Yoni some time now. Really nice guy, genuine, extremely helpful, responsive, and honest. How often has anyone said that about a service manager??? Keep up the good work Yoni. We appreciate it.

Great service experience
I bought my car from them and because of the bumper to bumper warranty, had them service the vehicle during that period. Continue to use them because of the excellent treatment I get. I never used dealerships for service until I got my Mini and now I would never go anywhere else. It's 20 miles from my home to get there but worth it! Service is quick and complete & the car is washed when I get it back. They have a loaner car waiting for me & Yoni even pairs my Bluetooth.

B’more Mini is THE Mini Place....
Because MINI is what MINI is, AWESOME! I crossed over to Mini from a Landcruiser 10 years ago! I have never looked backed and look forward to my 4th Mini in the not too distant future! That all said! It would not be remotely possible were it not for the Consummate SERVICE Professionals that are Mini of B’more!! It’s one thing to get one into and motoring w/Mini; however were it not for my Mini’s Doc’s, need I say more?! My BMORKND Mini’s Chief Doc is Allen Rolocut! To say we are lucky motorer’s is to say the least! If U R not driving a MINI, U R not drivin!!

Service
Back in June I had to get part of my stripes on my mini replaced. Jonathan helped me in that endeavor. As a result, my stripes were replaced with Jonathan providing oversight. The stripes look like new and I get a lot of comments on how well they look. Thanks Jonathan.

Mini service experience
I have been a customer of mini of Baltimore since they were located in Owings Mill , my service advisor is ALLEN ROLOCUT and this gentleman always greets you with a calm , courteous demeanor that leaves you with the sense that your vehicle concerns will be satisfied to your content , Mr. Rolocut is an asset to Mini of Balto for he's the reason that I return for service and will consider M. Allen is my go-to!!
This is my second mini-cooper and was sad to lose my Owings Mills location for service. However, Allen is worth the beltway drive! His professionalism and patience eased my worries. The frequent communications were so appreciated. I read the other great reviews about Allen and agree with all of them! He truly is exceptional. Yoni took care of me in Owings Mills! Another reason to love this service team!

The Best of the Best
I have driven a Mini since the mid 90's and they have all been purchased from and serviced by Mini of Baltimore County. The staff and mechanics have been just wonderful.
