The dealership looks hip, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, fun, up-bit music is played all the time. They have a very nice waiting area if anyone needs work done on their cars, or loaner cars for busy customers that can't wait. I just bought my new MINI here, the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Even though the price was very hard to negotiate, which I think it's a general MINI dealer policy, I still walked away with a price that I am happy about.

I was dreading coming to a car dealership and would have preferred a colonoscopy (including prep). But that was before meeting Suki Hinde-Reynolds, the world's best motoring advisor! She made the whole experience fun and relaxing. I can't say enough good about her knowledge, attitude, and skills.

We drove from NC to Maryland to get a new Mini. Baltimore Mini's staff especially Tony Roles (Sales) and Charlie Colhouer (Finance) were excellent. Tony told me exactly what to expect and what he could do for us so when we arrived there were no surprises. Charlie made sure we got the best financing available with extra options to help us with maintance in the future. They both went above and beyond. We highly recommend this dealership.

Though I had not planned on purchasing a new MINI, my 2006 MINI Cooper S Convertible had been totalled in a hit and run on I 695; I was T-boned by a car that had lost conrol. My little MINI took the hit and twirling like a champ, which is why I knew I definitely wanted another MINI. I survived what could have been a fatal accident in another vehicle. Benn Edwards was my sales person, and was nothing less than knowledgable, friendly, compassionate...with a lovely British accent to boot. Both he and Ali listened intently to my horror story, and helped me pick out a car while I waited to hear the verdict on my little pepper white convertible. They even held the car for over a week for me while we waited to hear the news on the insurance. My husband and I went in this past Friday to pick up my new mini, then in the 11th hour switched cars and went for a 2012 Clubman. Benn was nothing less than gracious and accomodating, both he and Ali just wanted me to be happy. I had hoped that I would have been able to order my next MINI, but did not have the luxury of time to do so. However, when that day comes, we will return to MINI of Baltimore to see Benn Edwards and Ali Cohen. My thanks to both of you for taking such great care of me.

It was a pleasure to work with Tony on my car purchase. Given my tight dealine to purchase a new vehicle, Tony was extremely responsive, helpful and trustworthy. Definitely a top-notch dealership, quality sales staff and by far an incredible showroom and display of unique cars that was unmatched!
