Service Dept

WOW...a refreshing dealership experience!!

My wife has been wanting a MINI for several years as our runaround car. I'm so glad our first stop was MINI of Baltimore. Jason Rourk spent an entire rainy afternoon taking care of us and making us feel like we were part of their MINI family. We've purchased many new vehicles and have never had such a great experience and sense of comfort when we made our purchase. It's definitely a new and refreshing feeling for us! Our return trip the following day for some service upgrades was no different. We were greeted immediately and Jess knew us by name already! Everyone made sure were 100% satisfied, even down to the loaner car so we could spend the afternoon in Inner Harbor. We'd highly recommend Mini of Baltimore and will be back for all our service and Mini purchases!

New Car Purchase

My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience at the Owings Mills Mini dealership. We have been interested in purchasing a Mini for a few years, even visited this dealership a few times in the past. On those visits I happened to meet with Jeremy Davidson, so when we decided to finally purchase a vehicle this past weekend, it was great that Jeremy was there. It all came together very easily, it was meant to be. Jeremy knows his stuff, he is low key, very helpful and fun to work with. I feel like he is an honest guy. Rhonda Kelleher helped us with the financing end of things, this went very well. Rhonda was easy to deal with, personable and when it came time to offer us additional warranties, etc., Rhonda was great. She didn't try to give us the hard sell, we did however end up purchasing the 3M scotchgard film. We want to keep our Mini looking new for as long as possible. We ended up buying a 2014 Countryman and just love it, it is so much fun to drive! Overall, we had a positive experience at the Mini of Baltimore. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a Mini Cooper.

How do I love Mini of Baltimore? Let me count the ways...

This is my second Cooper HT from Mini of Baltimore and I cannot imagine buying or servicing a car anywhere else. It's like walking into Cheers, everyone knows my name. Everyone knows my taste and actually brings me things that I think may be funny or great to have for my car. Yoni is one of the best service writers ever, I say one of the best because combined with the other two service writers at Mini of Baltimore they are the best service team ever. I have never had to wait to make an appointment. If I do arrange an appointment in advance I get a loaner car. Everyone from Sales, Parts, Service and Administration is absolutely amazing. Don't buy a Mini from anywhere else!

Service at Mini of Baltimore

I have always been treated wonderfully when I bring my car in for service. Jonathon ( Yoni) Baron is awesome. He remembers me, my family, takes awesome care of me and my mini all in a timely fashion:) He really helped me out a bunch of times, even at the last minute.

Service experiences

I started using Mini of Baltimore when I purchased a used car. I found Allen's help invaluable when deciding what needed to be taken care of immediately and what could wait. I loved that car but, when the service visits were getting too frequent, I decided to get a new one. A lot of my decision to stay with Mini and Mini of Baltimore is due to Allen. I trust his practical opinion and know, if I have a question or concern, that he will do his best to answer it. Mini of Baltimore, as a company, has been great to work with but the "face" of the company, to me, is Allen.

Buying a car the painless way!

This is my second MINI and my second purchase with Jeff Testerman at Mini of Baltimore County in Owings Mills. About 2-3 months before my first lease was ending, Jeff called me to talk about what was next. I told him the type of MINI, the type of lease, the car color and the car features I wanted in my next MINI lease, and Jeff immediately set to find it on the lot, and emailed a detailed quote. Next we set a mutually convenient date for me to pick up my new MINI. I probably spent a total of 3 hours at the Dealership-- had my old MINI examined and signed all the release paperwork, then signed all the paperwork for the new MINI, got my credit status re-checked and then worked with the Finance Dept. on my new lease. The whole process was fairly painless and efficient. Jeff Testerman is competent, professional, and very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to go over every aspect of the buying process, and the actual car itself. He is very pleasant to work with, never pushy or impatient. He listens to what the customer wants. Since I drove away in my new MINI at the end of March, Jeff has probably called me 3 times to check in with me to see if I was enjoying my new car and to ask if I had any questions. The Sales staff is as good as the Service staff at Mini of Baltimore County. This will undoubtedly keep me coming in every 3 years for as long as I'm driving! I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Jeff Testerman in particular!

Best Service of a Lifetime

Yoni Baron, Service Advisor at Mini of Baltimore, and his team, provide continually better service than any in my lifetime, and this is SIX years after I purchased my car. The service is even better than the sales department, and albeit it's a long drive to get there, I will not consider going elsewhere. We will be returning customers as long as we remain on the east coast. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be how "Mini" treats their employees. They work all day without a break, they work Saturdays, which obviously should be their primary day of business as many clients cannot escape work themselves, with less than one third staff, they don't even get a discount on the vehicles the sell and service. I find this shameful. If it were my choice Yoni Baron would be spending his time training his replacements on a global basis.

Outstanding Service at Mini of Baltimore Service Department

I had my Mini serviced on Friday April 18, 2014. It truly was a "Good Friday". Once again Yoni Baron provided an outstanding customer service experience in the service department. One of the many reasons why I chose Mini of Baltimore for my purchase and servicing of my new Mini, even though there is a closer dealer to my residence. Yoni's professionalism and caring for the consumer attitude leaves me with the confidence knowing that my Mini is in the best hands possible. The day of my visit, the sales team was gearing up for a big sales event for the weekend. Excitement was in the air and their enthusiasm is truly refreshing. I LOVE MY MINI and the people who support it!

This is not the first MINI we've purchased with Jeremy as our sales rep, and it won't be the last. Jeremy is helpful throughout the process and makes us feel our needs are important to him.
