This dealership is awesome! Everyone is kind and so helpful. I feel not only well taken care of, but safe knowing my mini is well serviced. This is my 4th mini and I will keep getting them. Great car and fun. Thank you so much 😊

Service is open, communicative, expedient and quality oriented. While its not as convenient to go to Glencoe when you live in the city - they have made the experience as pleasant as they could for the effort.

Great Service and Showroom. The waiting area is very...

Great Service and Showroom. The waiting area is very comfortable while you are waiting if you are is in the service area. They sell all kinds of cool MINI Gadgets. Ryan at the Service Desk is always super friendly and helpful. I am really glad I got my Mini there.

Took care of the small things on my 18 cointryman S all four. Pre owned certified one. And they were right on taking care of my car No crap like the other Mini Dealer was with me Joe Heinz

thankyou, 7/23/21, 3:50pm, Glencoe Mini, Service work by you on my 18 mini countryman has been good in two times I have been there at Glencoe. And, the first one was found to be under Warranty with the check engine light on. It hasn't come back on since. I wasn't sure about the second time thou on the wheel piece. The wheel part was like that when I brought the car last Nov. at, Naperville Mini. I didn't like the way it was working. AND, the service at Naperville tried to charge me 300.00 for a all 4 wheel alighnment. That was wrong when I saw the Mgr. It was only 180.00 at two other dealers . Got some money back. I will keep that work order too . Joe Heinz in Chicago, Ill , Midway Airport.

Super nice and efficient people in that dealership and it’s closer to my house than the mini dealership I used to go to. They took care of me right away and contacted me to give me updates on the repair process. I was also provided with a loaner for the duration of the repair.

I have leased three vehicles from Mini of Glencoe (2 when...

I have leased three vehicles from Mini of Glencoe (2 when they were located in Chicago, one in the new location) and it will be the last. Our salesman, Evan Arena, was wonderful. So helpful. Chris, the sales manager, was also great. Kevin in the service department is the best customer service people I've dealt with, but my recent interaction with the service department manager was so unpleasant that I will be leasing my Minis elsewhere. Upon turning in my leased car, I was told it needed an oil change. Cool. Then they tell me two tires need to be replaced. I purchased two tires and bring it to them and then I'm told all FOUR tires need to be replaced. He then lectures me about returning their phone calls. First of all, I have screenshots of my calls and none of them are from MoG, and both Evan and Chris have not returned my calls regarding the matter. The irony. Then he tells me I'm going to be charged $750 by Mini for maintenance, and to rub salt in the wound, he tells me that the oil change would have been covered by that, but I still have to pay them for the $100 oil change. I actually would have rather not known that part. Would have made it little easier to take. I have never gone through this much hassle upon turning in a lease, and it's the last one I will be doing at Mini of Glencoe.

I placed a custom order for my next Mini with Fields Mini...

I placed a custom order for my next Mini with Fields Mini Glencoe, and enjoyed the experience all along. Everyone here is a Mini enthusiast, knows the vehicles well, and represents the brand. While I cannot comment much on a price because this was a direct factory order that pretty much just qualifies for published corporate incentives, the process of configuring the vehicle has been fun and I felt supported all the way. Special thanks to Michael for sharing an accessory out of his own parts bin. And appreciate all the help from Lauren and Ric who continued the process and kept me well informed until delivery. Chris made the acquisition and paperwork processes as easy as it can get -:). Really good facility, good people to deal with, and an easy-going atmosphere. There is no old-style pressure - just good enthusiasm for the vehicles and for the brand known for fun and style. My second Mini purchase... obviously I am a happy customer so far. Thanks everyone at Fields Mini, and I will see you around when I visit for service.
