John Hine Mazda Temecula treated us like family

Giovanni and Josh made our car buying experience very pleasant. No pressure , just a strong determination to find the right car at the right price. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional and supportive. We will definitely refer all our friends and family to John Hine Mazda Temecula.

Relaxed and inviting atmosphere

My wife and I were impressed by the staff and service from the sales floor all the way through finance. It was our second time purchasing a vehicle through this Temecula location. There were no gimmicks, and no pressures to buy; just great people working to put us in the car we were looking for. If you're in the market for a Mazda, this is the place.

Possibly the best experience we've had in obtaining new car

Did not experience the expected high-pressure or "sleazy" tactics as in days of old. It was a pleasure dealing with our salesman who was very cordial and gave us breathing room.

Excellent service on both of my lease's!

I was returning a leased vehicle and made arrangements ahead of time of what I wanted in my new leased vehicle. I got an almost immediate response back with everything I wanted on the new car and more. First time buyer and my experience was GREAT!

I am a first time buyer and was nervous about doing everything on my own. I didn't want to be hassled or pressured. John Hines really came through, they made my experience smooth, easy and enjoyable. I did everything online. And once I came in for my appointment I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours with my brand new car. Overall, everyone who helped me was customer friendly, personable, excited, helpful and knowledgeable. Sal Rosles is the internet sales manager and kept open communication with me during my online search. Him and his assistant kept informed and sentt me everything I needed via email. When I came in for my appointment, Giovanni Loche was my sales associate and he was very informative and friendly. He made me feel at ease and really made my experience personable.

Excellent Customer Service by Son Huynh

Visited Mazda dealership to view existing available pre-owned inventory of Mazda 3 cars for High school son. Purchased vehicle after comprehensive review of cars with Son Huynh. He is excellent, knowledgeable and delivers excellent service! Son Huynh reviewed all items on the vehicle checklist with my son and reiterated that if we have any questions we can call him.

Great Customer Service

Best car buying experience ever. Our salesmans name was Paris. He was amazing he was honest and up front about everything and never pressured us into anything. He is the only person I will buy a car from in the future.

Great car buying experience

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Son Huynh, the Internet Manager, was tremendous to work with. He was upfront and honest and guided me through the entire process very efficiently. He gave me an accurate quote on the Mazda 6 price and nothing changed from his initial price quote. He spent a lot of time showing me the car's features and how things worked on the car. I was very pleased to do business with Son and would definitely recommend him and your dealership to anyone who is looking to buy one of the Mazda line of cars.
