Easily the most painless car buying experience ever! Contacted Jason about the car I was looking for (2012 Mazda3 iTouring, Black, Automatic) and he quickly sent back the best price of any of the dealerships I had contacted in San Diego county. Could have tried to get some local dealerships to match his bid but he and Carlos were so easy and straightforward to deal with it was worth the 40 mile drive. And Katie made the payment & financing process quick and painless. The whole process from the time I arrived to the time I had the keys was about 30 minutes! Definitely the best way to buy a car if you know exactly what you're looking for.

Took our daughter's Mazda 3 in for routine servicing a...
Took our daughter's Mazda 3 in for routine servicing a few weeks ago. Three days later her a/c went out. We couldn't schedule a time that was good for us and Temecula John Hine to get it repaired, so we took it to another Mazda dealer in our area. They told us her ac ran out of the necessary fluid to run the unit. They also mentioned all her other fluids were low. We thought that was odd, she just had it serviced a few day prior and her car doesn't have any leaks, it's a relatively a newer car. Our only conclusion is that the service department didn't do their work properly, the work we paid for. We bought our daughter's car at Temecula John Hine or son bought his there as well, we are pretty loyal consumers. We have had nothing but poor customer service since. We are in the market fora Mazda CX-9. We won't be going to Temecula John Hine for buy it.

Went there to purchase a new mazda3 car. Another Mazda dealership offered the price we wanted, and these guys asked us to get proof from them, as long as we have proof of the other dealership they will honor it. We did everything they asked us, and still argued with us that they couldn't lower it for $200!!! seriously!? and while we were there, we wanted to talk to Ryan Hart, but Carlos Leos and Carlene Dempster were bad mouthing us. quoted Carlene dempster, "driving to Redlands is already your $200 right there haha!" Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Carlos was also bad mouthing, while i was talking to ryan he kept interrupting and he said hes gonna pull out the ratings to show us, and prove we are wrong, but we were not even talking to him; DISRESPECTFUL! This dealership told us to get the better quote and they will price match, we did exactly that and still WOULD NOT honor it. Our experience from this dealership was the worse out of all dealerships we have been to. I HOPE this gets out to future Car buyers, and i really hope this helps them keep them on the look out! because i seriously DO NOT want you to experience what me and my fiance had to go through!

Buying a car is usually one of those necessary evils...
Buying a car is usually one of those necessary evils which I know I'm going to hate and wish was over before it started!! We were looking at buying a used Ford Mustang GT which would have necessitated a 65 mile drive to Temecula Mazda. Much to our surprise (and delight!) Carlene made the whole process quick, pleasant and stress-free. She absolutely 100% went above and beyond our expectations of service and way above what we have experienced with any other dealer. She was friendly and informative and proactive in helping us with photos which she texted to us but not in any way aggressive or pushy. Unfortunately we decided not to complete the transaction on this occasion because the available car was not quite what we wanted, but we wanted to write a recommendation based on the fact that we were so impressed with Carlene's level of attention and service. (People are usually very quick to complain but not so forthcoming with praise). Carlene absolutely deserves praise for how she did her job in helping us and kudos to the dealership for retaining employees who care about their client base. You deserve repeat business and I certainly will recommend to any friends who are in the market for a new or used car. GREAT WORK!

I requested a quote over the internet for a particular Mazda3 trim package. Carlene responded rapidly with the information I requested. We exchanged several emails as she answered my questions. Her answers were accurate and to the point. The quoted price was excellent with no hidden "fine print" or costs as with some internet sales quotes. For personal reasons I did not purchase the car from her but I highly recommend Carlene and Temecula Mazda!! If you know the car you want, ask Carlene for a quote!!

I am always happy to see Kristina Duvall when I service my 2004 high miles Mazda 3. She is honest, knowledgable and creates a pleasant experience, where few people expect one. She alone explained to me the nature of a problem with my car that was the result of a dubious practice of using non factory parts at another dealer. Promote her, give her a raise, ask for her when your in Temecula! : )

JR was very helpful. We came in thinking we were going to have to buy my previously leased 2009 Mazda 3 touring, but JR made us a deal so I was able to lease the car that I really wanted. Kristina Duvall has to be the best, most conscientous, and courteous service writer at all of the Mazda dealerships I have done business with over the years. That is saying a lot since I have owned 12 different Mazdas since I have fell in love with the brand in 1990. The other day I dropped off my very low miles/mint 1988 RX-7 Convertible (I have owned 2 other RX-7s), for a minor service. As always I was greated with a smile where Kristina listened to my concerns, and helped me solve my problem in a quick and expedited manner. A key thing to note is: If there is ANY change to my service issue, Kristina calls me right away explaining the issue, the cost, and is always willing to go the extra mile in order to make my service experience a pleasent one at John Hine Temecula Mazda. This is very comforting as I never show up at the service department with a bill that surprises me, and my car is always out waiting for me upon my arrival at the dealership. As a busy professional who works in education, and with two small kids at home, it is nice to know I can count on John Hine Mazda to get the job done right, at an affordable cost, and most importantly in a timely manner. Although this is truly a team effort with all of those at John Hine Temecula Mazda to deliver my car serviced time, there is no doubt in my mind that Kristina is the driving force behind that effort.
