I came in to the dealership thinking about a preowned Mazda 3 they had on their lot… but I left the dealership in a new 2012 Mazda 3. Carlos Leos was my sales guy. Overall, very easy-going guy that was very helpful and honest in my purchase. Got me the car I wanted and everything went smooth as I'm sure both parties wanted. If you're looking for a new car, definitely find Carlos Leos to be your guy! The dealership they got the car from however, lost a copy of my key. Which no big issue cause they replaced it within a few days. When I came back to get the key, I dealt with Eric Kelley in service. Eric is soo polite and courteous, and an extreme pleasure to work with. When I was slightly ashamed to ask for a car wash when I was waiting to get my key--since I had just driven 150 freeway miles earlier in the day--Eric comes out to tell me that my key is done and he even ran it through the car wash! I was pumped! Overall, a very pleasant staff all the way around. Thank you, Temecula Mazda! :D

We showed up an hour early for our appointment and were greeted with smiles. There was no problem with gettin us in earlier. We really apprecated the "good moods" everyone seeme to be in which was a nice way to start our day at 7 am. The care wash was excellent. I will for sure be upgrading my carwash every time I go there! No one pressured us into doing more services than we were there for. I've had experiences at other dealers where the service writer clearly just wanted to sell, sell, sell. That has never been the case at John Hine Mazda which is one big reason why we go back. It is also a big reason why we DO use them when we need to have something done, like tires. Thanks!!

The servcice advisor was very friendly and helpful. She is very welcoming. She understood what I needed and suggested the right thing to do. She made sure the job was completed on time as promised. And while I was waiting, she made sure I was kept updated on the progress since she knew I had to leave at a certain time. Overall I had a great experience. Note that it's not always that I write reviews for dealer service center.

The service team at John Hine Temecula Mazda was...
The service team at John Hine Temecula Mazda was outstanding. I actually dealt with Shannon, Sarah and Kristina during my recent service visits. I dropped the car off for the standard oil change as well as some other small issues all of which were taken care of. The friendly and professional associates which I deal with every time I drop either one of my vehicles off for service makes my Mazda experience a pleasure.

It is always a pleasant and painless experience whenever I visit the Hines Mazda dealership. The staff is always so wonderful and helpful. They are genuine and honest, which is something that I can't say about other dealerships. I wish all dealerships and car places took their examples from Hines!!!

John Hine Mazda continues to exceed normal service...
John Hine Mazda continues to exceed normal service standards. All personnel are friendly and helpful, the quality of work done is always great. They are very good about sending out cupons so you can save on services you need. They don't overwhelm you with a list of unnecessary services, they only recommmed services that are needed.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Temecula Mazda. Everyone there is a top professional, no matter what department. Sales: a knowledgeable sales team assisted me in 2009 to get the best price for the car I purchased (Mazda3). No pressure, just guidance and information to make the decision what car to buy my very own. The Finance Department smoothly prepared all the documentation in a very short time (my good credit rating expedited the process), and before I knew it I was the owner of my new Mazda3. Service: The service coupons the dealership offers help with a strained budget and the 5000 Mile Club Member discount (every 5th service free) are a much appreciated benefit, lowering the already competitive service cost even more. If you are waiting on your car service: the customer waiting lounge offers not only internet access and television viewing but also one of the best cup of coffee's around town. Waiting time passes very quickly while you are busy taking care of personal business on the internet. watching TV or bringing a book to read. Personnel is always friendly and accommodating. Mazda Temecula Service Department far outshines any oil changer or car service around town - not quite sure why people have not done the math on that yet. You figure it out: Lube, Oil, Filter, Tire Rotation, Full circle inspection and a complimentary car wash all for under $60 (as applicable for my Mazda3) - in my opinion, this price can't be beat! :-) Respectfully, Trudie (Traute) Behnke, Warner Springs, CA Mazda3 / 2009

I have had a very good experience each time I have taken my car in. The gals in each department have been very friendly and helpful. They have answered all of my questions and more and have been willing to suggest affordable pricing options when considering my financial restrictions. Much appreciated.

I brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in for a thermostat...
I brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in for a thermostat replacement. It was covered under the extended warranty including coolant replacement and they also found a leaking hydrolic motor mount and replaced it, all at no charge. Christine handled everything very professionally and courteously. We were very pleased with the result.

Fantastic place to do business with. Friendly; knowledgeable and thorough. They don't try to oversell you but make you aware of upcoming issues. Can't recommend this service department enough. I hope the sales department is taking lessons for when I need a new car!
