Recently took my vw sportwagon TDI in for 60,000 mile service. Unhappy with the lecture about getting all suggested service items...a very long and expensive list of suggested services, especially with a car that has been found to be an emissions disaster and built on lies and deceit. I feel Greg could have been more apologetic regarding the recent discovery of lies surrounding the TDI emissions. Working for VW in any capacity puts you in the driver's seat for managing customer's frustration especially the lack of apology and communication regarding how this situation will be fixed. I feel VW is not a company that can be trusted and after owning 5 am disappointed to say that this is definitely my last! My biggest complaint with this dealership is why if you have an 8:45 appt. is the car kept at the shop until 3:00 pm? That's pretty ridiculous. On a positive note, Maria Dampier assisted me when picking up the car and was really awesome; friendly, fast, and respectful.

Let me start by first complementing Rich Moss on his professionalism and overall great demeanor! Without Rich the purchase of this vehicle would not have happened. He was personable, friendly and best HONEST which made the car buying experience FUN. Everyone loves buying a new car but the actual process to get there is a daunting task. We never felt pressured to do something we weren't comfortable with and Rich ensured we weren't. I would recommend working with Rich to anyone!!! Gebhardt Volkswagen dealership has professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This dealership is not like other, trust me. If you are looking to buy a new or used VW or other make, go to Gebhardt VW.

Rich Moss was such a great and trustworthy sales guy. It was my first experience in buying a car and being a young women I was a little scared. This guy made me feel empowered and listened to what I had to say and what I negotiated. He has helped my friends in the past buy cars as well. Highly recommend!

Rich Moss did a terrific job! I recommend him to anyone going to Gebhardt VW. I have only dealt with Gehhardt since--yes--1996. I think you can't find a better dealer with a better staff--and that means especially a fellow named Rich Moss.

We have previously purchased VW's from Gebhardt VW, but Rich made this latest one the best and easiest experience yet. He managed to somehow give us more for a trade in than expected, and found a Jetta, on the lot, that was exactly what we wanted and needed. I know, I know.....TDI's are pollution machines, but I'm sure at 40MPG they're still better than most pickup trucks I see hauling giant campers over the pass. So I was looking for a good deal on a TDI now that they are a little less sought after. Looked and looked on Autotrader and Craig's list, was just a little nervous going with a private seller or little used lot. Called Gebhardt and talked to Rich.....long story short he was great to work with, nice guy, helpful and Gebhardt Volkswagen in general felt like a trustworthy company. Got a VERY nice TDI wagon and I'm loving it!

Rich helped me get the exact car I wanted and was in touch with me as it was enroute to the dealership. He has continued to be extremely helpful, thoughtful, and involved in my car buying experience. I appreciated his great attitude and his help explaining options to me. I recommend Rich to any families looking for a new car!

Our family moved to CO 10 months ago and we needed a new place to have our 2009 GTI's oil changed and tires rotated. I am breathing a sigh of relief that we have found our new dealership :) Wayne Carmichael did a fantastic job of explaining the process, showing me around the building to orient me to the amenities offered (there were many!) and keeping me up to date on the progress of the work being done on the car. When it was ready, Wayne discussed everything they'd found that we should be aware of. My car was washed and delivered to me in much better condition than when we'd driven in, about an hour and a half ago. And for all this, including the herb tea and magazines while I waited, I expected to pay top dollar. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was actually quite reasonable! Thanks Wayne & Gebhardt VW!!

We stopped by to just look, ended up purchasing a 2016 Tiguan. Rich Moss was our sales rep. did a excellent job showing us the different models and what each one had in differences, worked a deal we were satisfied with and we went home with a new Tiguan. Thanks, Michiko and Nick
