Rich was great. I had come to him after having an awful experience at another dealership. I was prepared for war. Rich was sensitive to my needs, applied very little pressure, has a great sense of humor and was very kind. Even after I called him to tell him that I had decided to buy my car somewhere else, he supported my decision and wished me only the best. I hope to not have to buy another car for at least 10 years but I would definitely call him if I had to buy another one sooner. Thanks Rich, you were a positive step in recovering from car salesman aversion and you also taught me some good tools for negotiation. Happy Birthday!!!!!!

Marcus Manchego, that is the only name you need to know if looking for a new car. I never thought I would say this but purchasing a car from Gebhardt and working with Marcus was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Marcus is no pressure, legitimately cares about his customers and will make sure you are in the vehicle that is best for you.

I just wanted to say the experience I had at Gebhardt VW was awesome! I've been to other dealerships in the past and they do not compare to the way Gebhardt VW treated my husband and I. We went in knowing what vehicle we wanted to see and questions we had. Rich Moss was the gentleman that approached us and helped us to the end. His attentiveness, honest answers, and his sincere one on one with us made our whole experience in buying that much better! Once it was time to talk to the finance department and get paper work done. Rolando Marsh (Finance director) was already one step ahead to make the whole process quick and easy. In discussing the different options for extended coverage he knew the right fit for us. The whole team at Gebhardt VW and customer service is just outstanding! Thank you again Rich for helping us get into our Golf VW. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

So I was in a need of a car. And heard about gebhardt? So I looked them up on the web.. And saw some cars that would fit me!.. I picked out a 09 maxima and I love it.. My recent purchase of a CPO Jetta GLI from Gebhardt VW was a great experience from end to end. On the sales side, I worked with two people -- Kat and Aaron. My main salesperson was Kat; she is super knowledgeable about [all] cars and very easy to work with. No unpleasant back and forth, no acrimony, no endless "let me check with my manager" mischief. Great deal, smooth transaction all the way through. Aaron knows a ton about VWs and walked me step-by-step through the CPO terms and post-sales process. Both are very cool people with excellent energy and really positive outlooks. They were collaborative and synced. VW couldn't ask for better brand ambassadors. The "Interminable Paperwork Chapter" is usually the painful coda in a car-buying transaction, but Rolando (Finance Director) made it quick and easy. He showed me a variety of options for extended coverages and other products, wasn't pushy, and worked with me to tailor a combination that met my needs. Great guy, great product knowledge. While finalizing the purchase, I happened wander by Parts and see a wheel and tire package that looked great, for an excellent deal. It was a late hour, near closing time, but Joe went out of his way to find an appointment for the next day so I could get the new wheels mounted ASAP. When I came in to get them installed in the morning, he came out to greet me, told me they'd looked over the wheels and found a tiny blemish, and then took prompt care of of the situation on the spot. Thanks, Joe, for your honesty, and for going above and beyond. The Service experience itself was also excellent. Maria greeted me when I got there, was really friendly and cheerful, got my paperwork sorted in record time. Tim, the Service Manager, came out to speak with me, answered all of my questions, and took my car back instantly. They kept me updated and were expedient in getting the wheels put on, car detailed, and me out the door. I was really impressed by the customer focus everybody had here -- the kind I'm used to getting from Porsche, Infiniti, or MB shops. Overall, I'd strongly recommend Gebhardt VW; great price, great service, great experience. It's well worth the trip. Thanks, all!

I spent the afternoon at Gebhardt and am the happy new owner of a 2014 Tiguan. The best part was Marcus Manchego; he helped us test drive cars, was informative, and was the most pleasant salesman I've worked with at a dealership. He wasn't pushy and was amicable. Marcus is thoughtful in his approach and I would recommend him to anyone. The only negative part was Rolando Marsh, who is their Finance Director. After a pleasant negotiation and afternoon with Marcus, we landed on a deal I was happy with and felt good about. In the final stages to sign off on paperwork, Rolando was pushy, aggressive, demeaning and took an extended effort to try and upsell us on something we didn't want or need. It was unfortunate and left a bad taste in our mouth. It's worth noting because it's still part of the process and the demeaning attitude was unnecessary. Working with Marcus was the opposite, and I'll look at the positive in this case. Overall, I still enjoyed Gebhardt and am happy with our purchase and great deal. I would recommend them nonetheless. Ask for Marcus, he is great!

I found a used Prius online for sale at Gebhardt. Rich met my daughter and I outside the dealership and introduced himself to us. He is a friendly, relaxed, non-pushy car salesman, which seems like an oxymoron, but is still true. The Prius we'd seen online had been sold the day before, but he found us another one with the low mileage and features I wanted. From start to finish buying a car from Rich was as painless as it's ever been. He is funny and reasonable and knowledgeable and professional -- all at the same time. I would definitely buy another car from him!

This is the third car I've bought from Rich and I'll probably never buy a car anywhere else. Rich is a magician. He makes buying a car such a fun, painless and quick process. I got an amazing deal at Gebhardt and everyone was so pleasant to work with. These guys really have an amazing handle on the whole customer experience!
