There were some issues with the paperwork after I leased my car and Rich Moss offered to drive and bring the papers for me to sign at Crocs since my work schedule did not allow me to come back to the dealership. More than just Sales People. Humans!
I worked with 4 different people during my 2 shopping visits. One was preliminary, the other was to actually take the plunge. They seem to have an incredibly smooth process, and even when they were doing administrative tasks, they sent others in to chat with me, as I was buying by myself. It was overall an enjoyable experience.

A pleasant and efficient car purchase experience
Rich Moss and Gebhardt staff always bring top-caliber customer service, vehicle knowledge, and fair pricing. I specifically went to Gebhardt to trade in a remarkable 2014 Touareg TDI (which I bought from them a year prior) for a new 2015 Golf TDI. Rich took great care of my needs, was understanding of the goal to reach a fair trade in - new car deal, and was easy going throughout the process. Highly recommend

Service visit
Prompt and courteous. Stefan was easy to work with. The only drawback was the web scheduling was 8 days out for required 10K oil and scheduled services. Next time I plan to call in and see if that can happen sooner.

Fast, reliable, personable
I've been taking my VWs to Gebhardt for service for the past 12 years because of the consistent, reliable service. I know my service manager and trust him--Stefan keeps me up to date and is quite personable, and knows or will find out the relevant information for my car.
