Major Maintanance

Good service, I'm still seeing intermittent smoking coming from the tail pipes that clears up in one or two minutes and sometimes up to 15 minutes. All driving conditions, slow speed, 30-45 MPH and occasionally at highway speed 55-75 MPH.

Good deal for a TDI Jetta Wagen

10k mile service check -- cracked water pump housing

brought my 2014 GTI in for its 10k check up. and also needed to address a coolant alarm indicator that just lit up the day prior. to start, i called Gebhardt VW Service. I was given an appointment schedule, and options. My appointment was early the next day, which was wonderful. The maintenance check was completed, and it was also found the the water pump had a cracked housing. It was great that Gebhardt had a water pump in stock, and the replacement could be attended to immediately. Though it was going to take a couple hours to complete. The waiting lobby for the facility is handy, the internet connection was reliable. So I could telecommute from their. I would get out and leg stretch every 30 minutes or so, wander over to the shop area and just check out what was going on. I was asked by people in the office if there was anything i needed, and they did recognize that my car was being cared for. I appreciate that, even if it was small chit-chat after a while. The attentiveness to a wandering around customer is a good part of the all around customer service experience. The pump was replaced, since there was snowing that day, the car was not washed externally. But the inside was cleaned and that is a very nice touch.

Pleased with my Passat Purchase

I recently bought a 2013 Certified Pre-Owned Passat SEL from Geoff. What made my purchase special was that I found the car via an internet search on cars.com. (I live 1,000 miles from the dealer in Tucson, AZ), but I had been searching for this exact model for some time, and was not having much luck with attempts to purchase one in AZ. When I called Gebhardt VW, Geoff took my call. I knew instinctually from his sincerity and honesty that I was dealing with a true professional. We negotiated the deal over the phone, and I flew into Denver the following Saturday to pick up the car. Since we didn't know the area, it was very helpful that a representative from the dealer picked my boyfriend and I up at the airport. Not only did Gebhardt VW make sure the car was perfect for me, but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the car and my purchase- even tinting the windows for me when I asked them to. Geoff is (by far) the best car salesman I've ever worked with. His service went beyond the sale. He recommended to us a local Boulder restaurant (The Meditearranean), which we had a great meal at... Bottom line, I would fly 1,000 miles all over again to purchase a car from Geoff and Gebhardt VW. Thank you Geoff for making this a fantastic car buying experience!

Old School?

Yes it is. Everything about my experiences with Gebhardt over the years has been great. You just don't get that type of experience in many places, particularly car dealers and service. From sales to service, I highly recommend.

Dealer Helped Us Get Into the Car We Needed

Geoff was pleasant and efficient, even after we decided to use different financing. We told him our needs and the car we were interested in and he helped us work the numbers so that we could. We love our Tempest Blue Passat TDI SE!

Pleasant experience buying a new car - who would have though

I went in to Gebhardt VW to look at the new Golf TDI cars. Besides finding one, I also found a very friendly and low pressure dealership. Rich Moss, the salesman, was very helpful and has made the experience less stressful. Cody Newman was easy to work with when it came time to finance. Now I'm enjoying my new Golf!

Excellent service and great to work with!

Geoff helped us out greatly with getting our hybrid! We checked it out over a couple of days and when we settled on it but wanted to have third party look at it to be sure. He was very accommodating and worked with us. Also, due to the dates and time we looked at it, having to bring to little ones along he was cry helpful while we waited on the paperwork and tried to speed up the process as much as he could. We would definitely come back to him for either new or used cars at their lot.

Good Experience

Enjoyed working with a professional and personable group. Didn't feel pressured to make a purchase; felt the dealership was more interested in answering our questions and giving us the information we needed to determine if the purchase was right for us. We ended up purchasing the car and have been very happy with our purchase. We will become repeat customers!
