Wayne has been my service tech contact several times and has always been professional,knowledgeable and friendly. And patient! Makes me feel very comfortable in an automotive environment!

The service department has performed well on every occasion I've had to have my car serviced. The work is done well and done in a timely fashion.

My old car broke down so I decided to get something that would last. Marcus and Cody at Gebhardt vw were extremely patient and understanding in helping me through the process of selecting a vehicle and reaching a realistic financing situation.

We drove by Gebhardts used car lot looking for a jeep....talked to Rich about one on the lot but was not for sale due to a problem....we got a call 6 days later saying the problem was fixed and it was now for sale. Rich sent us pictures of the jeep while we were enroute from being out of town....we purchased the jeep the next day....

I drove all the way to Boulder to "check out" a VW Tiguan from Rich. We had spent time texting/emailing/calling to discuss the features I wanted on my car. Lo' and behold I received a text and pictures of the EXACT Tiguan I had my heart set on. Rich was patient and helped me through the process of financing, purchase and gave me a good introduction to my new car. I highly recommend Gebhardt Volkswagen and Rich as I drove all the way home in just the car I wanted!

Just purchased my second car from Gebhardt. Everyone (Rich, Jerry, Cody) made it a great experience. Rich is patient and expert at helping a buyer think through options until you are sure about your decision. I walked onto the Gebhardt lot and was instantly impressed with the quality of Volkswagen and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I found exactly what I was looking for in a short amount of time (which was refreshing after spending so much time and energy at other dealerships that frankly don't compare!) I love my new car and look forward to coming back in the future

After much deliberation we finally bought a late model Jetta TDI. Rich was super patient with us and quick to respond when we stopped by intermittantly over several months with questions. He kept me posted about the inventory and new cars coming available without being too pushy while my husband and I went back and forth about what we really wanted. I am a real estate agent and need a nice car do drive people around, but after owning a Prius, I insist upon good gas mileage. We're super happy with the wagon as we'll use the back for carrying everything from a full catered dinner to a bike or two.

Was very happy with the deal we got on a late model used VW Golf. Rich Moss was friendly and took our last minute adjustment to the deal in stride. Nice dealership!
