Oil change

You did great. Service staff was very helpful. I got my car back quickly, before the estimated time.

Oil change at Gillis

Always friendly and gets the job done. Once had a problem with technicians knocking off a spark plug connections, which caused my car to stop running after my oil change when I parked at a local store, but other than that, no problems or complaints.

Went for oil change, which was accomplished. Also had a sunroof leakage problem which I an not confident has been completely resolved. I also had a time constraint problem which Dan Piles and Wendy worked to expeditiously resolve when I brought it to their attention. Dave Shephard I suspect you might not want to use this survey as a promotion as outlined below.

You guys Rock!

Staff is always very friendly and the service is convenient. The driver that ran me to work and back was very courteous, too.

Great group of people!

They fixed the problem with the back up camera quickly and we only had to pay for the oil change. I appreciate the time Roy took to find out about the warranty and what it would cover. The only issue is the seat and floor cover was left in the truck when we went down to pick it up. Great group of people even though they love to tease my wife.
