Great Service visit

I had 3 recall notices and an oil change. All was done in 2 hours. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and courteous. I love Gillis Ford!

Special consideration

I am self employed and had no time to wait for shuttle to come back. So Rob was asked to give me a ride back to work in another car. Thank you for the special help from your staff. Jeep is good too!

Great service. Friendly, attentive staff.

Greeted so nicely by Lloyd. Very quick service and right on track with Lloyd's estimate. Beautiful wash job too and so appreciated the front carpets being vacuumed! Gillis is great!!

oil change

I was very dissappointed to learn that my 3 year 36000 mile maintainence program isn't that at all. I was informed I ran out of oil changes. I was not told of this detail when I bought the truck. Service has always been very good and I will continue to have maintainence work preformed there, but have your sales people be a little more upfront when selling a maintainence program.

Service was great. Love the free oil change. Really nice surprise to have a dealership give a free oil change after so many. Love the group in the service dept.
