ram truck

On my 2020 Dodge Ram I had a blinker lens replaced on my right mirror fixture and they repaired it in short time considering they received wrong part through their channels and I had to return following day to start/complete repairs, this may or may not be the case but on prior conversation with Gillis Tech/Rep, they made it sound that repair time was some what lengthy and due to part order goof-up , I felt they gave my a break on labor charge? at least charge was lower than expected.

Gillis Auto dealer

It was great to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They left u on your own until u had questions. We didn?t have to back and forth on the price. It was a true pleasure to work with the sales department! I would buy another vehicle from them in the future and recommend them!

Teresa Gillis

After 6 years the battery finally gave up. Called Gillis auto center and got it in and had the charging syswtem checked and the battery replaced. fast and easy.

oil change

needs break pads, but wants to sell me calipers rotors, also. need second opinion

Ram owner

I purchased/ordered my 2020 Ram Laramie in Feb. right before Covid 19 shut down and received truck at end of May. The truck was what I was expecting, dealer was not able to go through the normal physical check on vehicle due to Covid 19 restrictions but that was ok, a lot of optional items in truck I had in prior vehicle. Dealer did inform me that they could assist me at a later date when restrictions eases. Great truck.

The easiest vehicle purchase process I have experienced. I felt like everyone was there to do me a favor, not make a sale. When an obscured crack was discovered in the windshield just before delivery it was all hands on deck to get a replacement in. It was refreshing to work with a dealership where everyone...from front office to financing and service... genuinely enjoyed their work. Very glad I made the trip to Shelton from my home on Camano Island, not just for the savings over other Ford dealerships much closer to me but for the overall experience.

Ford Service At Gillis Auto Center

Dropped off and picked up in about 2 hours while I had other shopping to do. Thanks for the fast and complete service. Will be back with other vehicle in the near future.
