I am very happy with my car purchase at Gillis Auto Center. I had some problems and they went to bat for me getting me into a new car that was perfect for my needs.

I worked with Michael Flanigan to select and purchase my used F-150. Michael was very patient and knowledgeable about the specs I was interested in and didn?t try to sell me on features I didn?t need. Once I selected the truck I wanted, the purchase process was simple and transparent, and I got a better interest rate than my bank had approved me for.

The repairs were done in a timely manner, but when I picked up my car I was very disappointed. The vehicle had not been washed and even the front floors were not vacuumed. The car was parked a long distance away and I was given very little direction where to find my car

I purchase a new 2018 Ford Expedition from Gillis auto center in Shelton Wa. I started looking for my Expedition online for a new 2019 at dealerships with in 30 miles of me. I came across Gillis auto center so I email them about the 2018 Expedition because it had almost everything I wanted on it for about $3000 - $5000 cheaper and with in and hour I had response from Michael Flaningan sale person. I call him to come look at it and ask if it was a new expedition and if there was anything wrong with it he said no they just had it on the lot for over a year so my wife and I met with Michael to look at it, got in it and noticed it had only 44mile and 33 hrs of run time on it, took it for a test drive really like it. The only thing wrong it had a airbag recall on it that they were waiting on parts for it. I tried to negotiate the price down but they wouldn't that was the lowest they would go. So we took the night to think about it. The next day I called Michael back told we take it. But we couldn't get it for 2 days waiting for airbag parts and to be installed. Over all Gillis auto center is very good dealership small and out a ways but it worth the 30 mile scenic drive out to Shelton. Thanks to Michael Flanigan sale rep for making it a great experience.

Gillis has always treated us fair and has done excellent repair work on on our vehicles. We have always been pleased in our dealings with the service department.

I really love my F-150 ford. I have made many improvements in the year I have had it. From the new snugtop camper to new tires. The people I deal with in the main fence dept have been really nice and helpful I have come to the salesman a few times with inquiries to help me find certain things .I am very happy with Gillis Auto Center/luis.

Great local friendly service , plus I always enjoy and appreciate the free carwash.
