After reaching out to my local dealer, that I purchased my Ford Truck from, and being told that I would need to be "fit into a schedule" for the upcoming weeks to get a VERY simple recall repaired and an oil changed preformed.. I called Glenn Polk Ford and was directed to Dustin Burreson, although I unfortunately did not purchase from them, their was an immediately different since of customer care. Dustin informed me that he did have several appointments but gave me the option the leave the truck with him for the day, so that he could atleast diagnose my vehicle. Next thing I knew.. I received multiple update phone calls from him and then my recall parts were ordered, repaired, and oil change was performed within a two day window. I will defiantly be servicing my vehicle with Glenn Polk from now on, and they will 100% be receiving my business for my next vehicle purchase!! Great Place To Buy A MOPAR
I have always enjoy dealing with Polk Autoplex. They are no pressure, informative, and will try to work with you on trade in value. I shop around but my last three MOPARS have been bought here. A Ram, Challenger, and a Charger. I have had warranty work done here as well and they do a great job when it is needed. Basically, I will go in knowing about what I want to pay for the vehicle I want. I know what I want for my trade and what finance rate I want. My sales guy is always able to tell me quickly if we are going to be able to make that deal or not. When making any major purchase a buyer should always do their homework and know what they want and where they stand. After a few emails with my sales person Joel Gomez he set up the deal and had the paperwork waiting on me when I walked in the dealership. My total time in and out was about 30 minutes. That isn?t bad at all. Let me tell you a real life story about these folks. Not long after they first opened back in the mid 90s I saw a demo 1994 mustang convertible on the lot. It was priced really low. It was a perfect car for my wife. They were having a red tag sale that weekend. I met with a sales guy told him I wanted it and we shook hands on it and I drove home to get her old car to trade into the dealer. When I got back Mr Polk himself met me and said that there had been a mistake they had put the wrong price on the mustang. The price was intended for a hardtop not a convertible. They had priced it several thousand dollars too low. I told him we had already shook hands on the deal. He called the salesman in who said yes indeed we had done that. Mr Polk said that despite the fact there was no paperwork, that handshake meant something and he would honor the deal. I have never forgotten that. Those are the kind of people you want to do business with and they are not always easy to find.

Glenn Polk Auto Plex is my go to Dealership
Travis Wadley is my Service Advisor and has been since my first visit to Glenn Polk Autoplex . I own three Mopars and I?m kinda picky when I need work done. Our on going relationship started out with an oil change, then some installation of a pair of custom valve covers and it?s been nothing but outstanding service each and every time. Travis consistently works with me to ensure the jobs are done correctly and to my satisfaction, is something isn?t quite right he does not hesitate to tell me not only what the problem is but what needs to be done or changed to eliminate the issue. I feel very confident with everything they?ve done on my vehicles. If I?m not happy with any part of a job, they do whatever it takes to make it right. This kind of service is hard to find these days, that?s why I drive twenty miles north for service, I enjoy chatting with Travis, Rance, TJ, Joe and the rest of the staff in the shop. Sean try?s to sell me a new car sometimes too. There?s been a time or two when my job couldn?t be completed as planned and the vehicle needed to stay overnight, they provided me a ride home and come picked me up the next day. Most Dealerships won?t even talk about custom equipment or install it, but these guys will. Pricing is fair and quoted cost is spot on. I would recommend Glenn Polk Dodge to anyone looking for a Dealership that does outstanding work at a fair price and stands behind the work they do. Keep up the great customer service, ask for Travis to schedule an appointment.

My salesman is Connor Polk he is very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, professional, and I felt confident about my purchase with Connor I look forward to my next purchase, I?ve even stopped by a few times about another vehicle I may like to purchase in the future and Connor has taken care of my questions and has never made me feel pressured about making any sort of purchase that I was not ready to make. Outstanding People and Service
Took my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 into Glenn Paul Dodge for service the A/C they fixed it the first time, gave me a fair estimate upfront and kept that price. Work was completed as promised and the treated me like a valued customer not a just a service ticket. I don?t usually do reviews but I am so impressed That I think it needs to be posted.
