I purchased a brand new Ford F150 STX 4x2 Sept. 28, 2013. Within the first 13 months the dealership has had to replace my batter twice. They said that the battery that came with the truck was bad. They put a new batter on my truck, it lasted one month and it went out too. They said this batter was bad also. I have had the new batter for little over a week and am wondering how long this one will last also. I am afraid to take my new truck on any long road trips due to the fact that I don't want to get stranded. It is my opinion that some other problem may be draining these batteries. Only time will tell. Even with roadside assistance I don't want to travel and get stranded. while I am worried about what is causing the battery on my truck to go bad I must say that the service department and Lorenzo Sandlin(From Whom I Purchased The Truck) have done everything they can to take care of my every need. They give me a loaner vehicle and keep in contact with me. They could not be nicer nor do anything more to help me resolve this aggravating situation. I am 55 years old and the main reason I spent so much money to purchase a new vehicle was so I'd have a reliable vehicle I could enjoy for several years before I had to worry about mechanical failure. With two batteries ruined I am worried that the problem my be more serious than just two batteries that went back about 30 days apart. At the present time I don't feel comfortable taking my new truck anywhere far from the local area. I only have 7,400 miles on this truck but am staying close to home because of this problem. As I stated earlier, the service department and Lorenzo Sandlin could not be any nicer or more helpful than they have been. I am totally pleased with the way they had treated me. Great Customer Service

We purchased a new 2015 GMC Acadia. Bruce Hutson and Tim Truelove we're great to work with. We've purchased numerous suvs and trucks from Baldwin Ford over the years. It's because of the great customer service that keeps us coming back to Baldwin Ford.

15,000 Service

I was there for the 15,000 mile service on my 2013 Toyota Highlander. They got me in and out and as usual was very helpful and friendly.
