Great service great communication.

Enoch and Ben Hatton were wonderful. Enoch is always right on the job. I ask for him when I call so I know I will get great service.

Yes Misty was most helpful! She worked me in right away& someone wash & vacumed the inside of my Edge! I was most pleased!

Great service. Attractive facility.

The salesman was instrumental in having my car get the routine maintenance then shuttling it across the street for the service required for the shudder problem that cropped up due to a manufacturing issue. I was given a loaner to drive. It was nice that my routines were not interrupted. (I have a Ford Focus purchased a year ago.) It would be helpful to have arrows directing the traffic flow since the remodel of the facility.

Lincoln MKX....Excellent work. Have always been pleased with everything, however this last experience would have left me wondering about service IF that had been my first visit. The employees have always been very friendly and efficient. However, this experience was an unusually long wait--over 2 hours for a routine oil change, etc. It was obvious from the time I arrived for my appointment that they had been and were very busy! After waiting over 90 minutes, I overheard a couple other customers mentioning how long they had been waiting....one for over 3 hours! The computers were down that day, and I personally know how much that can affect how well a business is functioning. I don't have a problem with having only one visit with less than a "10" experience. I understand that. My biggest complaint is that not even at the beginning was I told that they were running behind nor anything to that effect. I also was never updated on the reasons for delay, the progress, or etc. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I finally asked at the service counter about how much longer it might be and then was told that it was ready, and that the employee had overlooked me in the waiting room. Again, I've had no other negative experiences, but this was the exception for me. It would NOT keep me from returning, but a first-time customer would not have been impressed.

wife's MKX wouldn't start, was getting confusing warnings. I got it started and drove it directly to the dealer,late afternoon. they had it fixed and washed the next morning.

Customer Service

Very good, dropped off car and they drove me to work. When car was completed they returned it to me. Excellent service.

Awesome experience!!!

I purchased a 4 runner and traded in a Sequoia. My sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I drove. Everyone was very helpful.
