Bob-Boyd Lincoln has the best staff when it comes to customer care. From the service dept., to sales, to finance. They are just good people. This was our second time around with our sales representative, Lauren and she is wonderful. We just leased our second Lincoln Nautilus from her and have not been disappointed. She is very professional, very friendly and patient to work with. She went above and beyond to find what we wanted until it was exactly the right fit!! She simplified our time working with her team getting us all the necessary information ready prior to our arrival so the the back end process wouldn’t be as long!! Kudos to the Cody (sales manager) and Mark (finance) as well!! I just love how Bob-Boyd Lincoln of Columbus handles business. A warm atmosphere every time we come!! We drove 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to find the SUV we discussed purchasing via telephone cleaned and the gas tank full and ready for us to drive back home. The dealership and our salesman were great to work with and the facility was extremely nice and clean.

The dealership was fantastic! They actually made buying a car easy and enjoyable. They really eliminated as much hassle as possible. After I purchased my used car, the original owner found an accessory that they forgot to put back in the car and the dealership actually mailed it to me! What excellent service!
