Nick was very professional and kind during my car buying experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while explaining everything in detail to me. I love my new Corsair and would highly recommend this dealership.

Buying a Lincoln from Bob-Boyd Lincoln was actually an enjoyable experience! Wow! Can’t believe I said that a lot a car dealer, then I suggest you give them a try. Straight forward negotiations, no issues with unkept promises. Dealing with Jack Songailo was truly exceptional. I understand how Jack has been successful selling Lincoln’s for over 50 years! I would not hesitate to buy from Jack or Bob -Boyd again.

HAS to be a great dealership with people like your...

HAS to be a great dealership with people like your salesman Rob Zellner!! Good Deal, Great car. I'm disabled and he suggested a car that very much helped me, AND better than the one I had. Bon-Boyd Lincoln of Columbus also allowed him to deliver my car to Marietta, as I could not legally drive it until a left-foot accelerator was installed by Marietta Mobility.

Wonderful experience

From the first test drive to the finance, the dealership was easy and enjoyable to work with. Always accommodating and informative. Never had such an easy purchase experience. Lauren was delightful and professional.

Pleasant experience.

Nice clean waiting area and,pleasant service staff and they finished my service ahead of schedule ! Honestly, couldn't ask for more. I would surely recommend them.

It Just Depends

Recently had my 45,000 mile service done on my Lincoln MKC. Had 20 tire bolts replaced due to warranty. I was told I would receive the service report through the mail since it could not be found at the end of my service. I had to call to receive this report. As of this date, no service report. I have had issues with service from Bob Boyd Lincoln-Mercury in the past.

Great experience

BB Lincoln was an great experience. Kelly the sales rep and the entire staff were great to work with. They made buying a car easy. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly be back.

Spring start up

Our 2007 Mustang resides in cold New Albany while we bask in Florida sun for the winter. Upon our return the Mustang protested by not starting. A really really dead battery was the issue but a tow to Bob Boyd Lincoln and the gracious help by Wendy took care of things. In on Monday morning and completed by 4:00 in the afternoon. Great response to our issue by the service gang at Bob Boyd Lincoln! Thanks to all!
