Carlsbad Ford

You need to instruct your financing manager to quit telling people that a car wash is included in the prepaid maintenance plan. He told me 2 times that if I purchased the prepaid maintenance plan that each time I brought the car in to be serviced I would also get my car washed. It didn't happen. While I am at it I would also say that on the financing of my new Ford Fiesta the financing manager stuck me with an unreasonably high apr on the loan (6.49%). That is partly my fault for not negotiating a lower apr, but I assumed since I have excellent credit (over 800) and it was a brand new car that the apr would be around 2.0%. So when it comes to buying my next new Ford it won't be with Carlsbad Ford Co. in Carlsbad New Mexico!!!!

F250 Service was great, Jaime offered a great deal. All the staff helped, and got me in the truck and out the door as quick as I could get my belongings out of the trade in!! Mike walked me through the changes in the newer truck.... TY all Rich

We were heading back to northern California and it was 'time' for an oil change on our 2001 F350 dually pickup. We called to schedule it a couple of days before we would be there and spoke to Nicole. She was most helpful on the telephone as well as when we arrived. The employees apologized for the 'mess' from the ongoing construction - which really wasn't that bad. All in all, we were very pleased with the 'service with a smile'.

Looked at many vehicles in town. I thought the ford explorer gave me the best package for the money

I am from Hobbs NM and I also purchased my vehicle from the Hobbs dealership. As you know I brought in my Ford F-350 for a maintenance oil change, and I have to say the service was great. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with is that I have the Ford Owners Advantage Rewards,and was not able to use it toward my services.

They sometimes take a long time to get to my vehicle but they do a great job.
