Found the perfect small truck! Rocky Ridge Ford Ranger. Everyone there made this buying experience awesome. got a great deal on truck and was treated great by everyone there. Was not an all day process. sale went quick and smooth.

Overall the Worst dealership of the krumland group. My daughter went in one of their sales the sold her a 2021 trailblazer then the bank could not finance because they had all the info xxxxed up but they sold her car she traded in then they got the car back but they supposedly could Not or would not get it financed in all my daughter lost over 15,000. And all of them don’t give a xxxx or won’t even bother to answer the phone apparently 3000 a month is not enough income plus 800. More from part time job is not enough to get a vehicle from them. Don’t waste your time and money because my daughter we had to get her a vehicle because they would not get their head out of their xxxxx and get to work. Lawsuit in the work and will speak to Tom Krumland as soon as I see him and let him know what’s up Don, Ryan, Linda, Taylor all of them it quacks and don’t care to be part of what I thought was a great team because in Roswell all of them are awesome

Service was great and fast. Worked well to get my vehicle in and fixed with no prior appointment (on vacation hundreds of miles from home) and fixed our vehicle and for us back on our trip. Great job all around. Unfortunately i don't remember the name of the service coordinator but she was awesome. Thank you

I called the Quick Lane number and got my truck in at 06:00am the next morning for it's regular oil change and check up. The technician got me right in and brought my truck back to me in no time at all. I am a true supporter of this Quick Lane!

They got me vehicle in promptly and was ready when promised. Very much appreciated.

Jorge was fantastic! He trusted the already great start of my experience at Carlsbad Ford with Brandon (Triple B) and he wasn't wrong. Everyone at this dealer blew my mind with their friendliness. Made for a fantastic buying experience. Even better was my 16 year old was able to go through the whole experience with me and was treated with as much respect as I was!
