I was paying cash and you needed so much personal information about my finances, and birthdate, and about my co-signer. It was a long process to get things done. There to much confusion on the dash board, and steering wheel panels. I AM STILL A BIT CONFUSED. EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND TRIED TO BE HELPFUL INCLUDING TREVER. THANK YOU.

Everything was excellent except they did not have a vehicle for me too use while they were changing the oil, ect. It was my understanding that the Lincoln Company required that they do this but I was told they did not do that any longer.
