Our salesman, Mike Rutherford, was very courteous and knowledgeable about Ford's products and services. He was very helpful in finding the right deal for us and getting us in our new truck immediately.

Johnny was very friendly, he took the initiative to visit with us on Sat. morning when it was obvious that we were just shopping and he was busy getting the vehicles ready to show for the day. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all questions. Our time was limited and they did their best to help us and get us on our way to El Paso. George did a great job pricing the car quickly and fairly, he explained the service department and how they will take care of Lynn when she brings the car in. Never in the process were Johnny or George pushy, it was a very enjoyable experience and that is very important to us. Later in the day we were able to complete the purchase and set up credit over the phone. Lynn was able to close and take delivery last night. Johnny did a wonderful job of delivering the car and explaining it to Lynn. George being willing to work with my schedule on signatures was very important to me. Your dealership and people are outstanding, We have been shopping for quite a while and have looked at Mercedes, BMW, and most of the other cars in this class. Been to dealerships in large cities and small. The sales experience is on par with the best and way better than most. It is a real pleasure to be able to keep our business local. Thank you.

After not getting waited on in service dept (15minutes waited in the office. Nobody spoke to me) I walked over to the sales and they were ready to help me. .instead of getting brakes I bought an SUV
