Ruben Sanchez is the best service manager I have encountered in a long time in Carlsbad. He listens to the concerns I have about my vehicles I take to be serviced or worked on and makes the time to call me or communicate effectively about what is going on with the work being done. Whenever I go to his office, he promptly attends to me and does not put me aside or let others interrupt his attention when he is dealing with me. He demonstrates a very high level of professionalism not only with a customer, but with the employees he talks with instructing what needs to be done. He is a great asset to your company and it is comforting knowing that I can take my vehicles to a place here in town rather than having to take them somewhere else to get positive service performance.
