I still can’t get my hitch on going on two months.

I still can’t get my hitch on going on two months. They order the wrong parts telling me 2to 3 days I wait a week to 2 go there with out a call and it just come in that day happen 3 times. I’am how waiting for a wiring harness that was the wrong one same thing 2 To 3 days going on-two weeks now! Keep ordering the wrong parts, 2 to 3 days really 2 to 3 weeks will not called me I go there and just came that day 3 times I have heard this . How would you rate this service????

Easy care was only willing to compensate me for 5,020.

Easy care was only willing to compensate me for 5,020. But Deacon Jones Ford did a great job got the transmission in and completed the work all within one week. And they kept in constant contact with me.
