Service department was very evasive with vehicle

Service department was very evasive with vehicle diagnostic report. Paid for service and paperwork was inadequate and lack complete assessment as requested. I Would not recommend this company or amy dealership associated with the Deacon Jones name

This dealership is conveniently located with easy access. All the personnel from sales to service is first class. The entire complex is very neat and clean. Love my lincoln.

Took almost 6 hours to put a back on driver's seat.

Took almost 6 hours to put a back on driver's seat. One web site says 15 mins. Another says from 2 to 3 hours. I was given no reason for it taking so long.
