Service department was very evasive with vehicle diagnostic report. Paid for service and paperwork was inadequate and lack complete assessment as requested. I Would not recommend this company or amy dealership associated with the Deacon Jones name

Took almost 6 hours to put a back on driver's seat.
Took almost 6 hours to put a back on driver's seat. One web site says 15 mins. Another says from 2 to 3 hours. I was given no reason for it taking so long.
