Poor Management Experience with Daryl, Saved Only by Two Great Employees I recently purchased a vehicle from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota, and while I love the car and appreciate the finance and sales support, my experience was overwhelmingly stressful and frustrating—mainly because of the behavior of Sales Manager Daryl Callahan. Over three separate visits, I was misled about optional add-ons like Pulse and NitroFill, which I made clear I did not want or need. Despite stating multiple times (in person and on the phone) that I wanted to stick to the advertised price and stay within my budget, I was pressured and told these extras were “mandatory.” When I finally stood my ground, I was told I was being disrespectful—simply for trying to be heard. This is not the “hassle-free, pressure-free” experience the dealership advertises. The ONLY reason I completed the purchase was thanks to Anthony Fakhoury and Jaime Garcia. Their professionalism, empathy, and ability to actually listen made a huge difference. They treated me and my family with respect and helped us finish the process with dignity. If you go to this dealership, ask for them specifically. Management, however, seriously needs to revisit how they handle customers—especially ones who come ready to buy.

Additionally, the vehicle details clearly stated that it came with all-season tires and floor mats. However, I received the car with snow tires, which are not suitable or safe for summer driving, and no floor mats were included. I’ve tried to follow up, but at this point it feels like I’m being ignored now that the sale is complete — as if there's no concern for resolving these outstanding issues.
