Reineke Ford of Lima

I have been having service to my vehicle done here for a number of years and have gotten to know the sales team. They have always gone out of there wat to be polite and friendly.

Their cars are overpriced as it is, but I’m 19 years old and was looking to upgrade my mustang. I was looking at a 2016 Mustang GT they had on their lot. The original sales man I was working with was very helpful and true with me. The used cars salesman however I felt like did not take me serious what so ever. He didn’t take me serious and didn’t take my interest legitimately. He also offered a very offensive offer for my trade in mustang. I ultimately bought a 2017 Mustang GT from another dealership about 2 weeks later.

I was very happy with my recent service experience. From being met promptly in the runway to having my service completed quickly and my car being returned clean. I was well taken care of. The price of the works package seemed a bit high in contrast to past dealership visits, but the overall service seemed to be worth the expense.

I have been having my three cars serviced by this dealer for several years. Service has always been quick, and well done. The service writers are courteous and professional. They always give me options and point out possible issues. I will continue to have them service my vehicles.

price of oil change went up more than expected not happy with that.. will consider other options when next time to have oil change. just saying

Those guy's got me in and out in about an hour. I brought my newly purchased 2006 f150 in because my truck started to misfire and run rough. They quickly found the ploblem and fixed it. I didn't even finish my coffee. Thanks guys

I had the oil changed and tires rotated on 2017 Edge. Everyone did a good and efficient job. Staff was friendly and did their jobs well.

Me and my family have bought our cars from these locations starting back when it was Lima Ford always had a great experience until recent purchase. Was lead to believe I was getting what I wanted in the Lincoln I purchased and turns out I didn’t receive what I asked for. Was told the vehicle that I feel just to get the sale. Thankful the new and used car sales manager are trying to fix one issue and I am greatful. Did original survey to early before getting vehicle and check everything out went on his word but was lead astray. After Lease is up taking my business elsewhere can not deal with the dishonesty
