Customer experience

Wisdom Padilla was friendly, professional without any pressure. Sales managers were the same way and very reasonable. Liked dealership atmosphere and food truck was a welcome bonus.

Amazing Experience!

I had such a great experience here! The staff are great and very low pressure. Michael Ontiveros helped me and was totally great to work with. He really new what he was talking about and helped me get a great deal on my purchase!

Never Again!!

I normally don't give online reviews but the service department at this dealership has been consistently negative and I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I have if they don't have to. I don't even want to give them the 1 star but its the lowest rating that I can give. There are not even enough characters allowed to explain the dishonesty, discrimination, belittlement, ignorance and complete disregard of basic customer service that I have experienced from this service department. It's bad enough to deal with a brand new car having transmission/battery issues but then to have to deal with a service department that is the polar opposite of helpful is frustrating and discouraging. I plan on getting rid of this car but based on my experience from the service department, no thanks

BEST SALESMAN EVER!!!

Brice Green is the guy to see! Excellent salesman and very professional and honest. Took care of us like we were his family. Highly recommend his service!

Poor Customer service

In regards to service, timing was 3 hours for an oil change, and after the service was finished, the car was there for 45 mins with nobody to help with invoicing.

Viva Ford

When purchasing vehicle the sale went quick and easy. When mentioning the repairs and shortages on vehicle it was stated by salesman and manger that the repairs and shortages will be fixed. I returned the car for completion of repairs and shortages. All they did was put place mats in place, got the radio to work, gas, and wash vehicle. I have no spare tire, no antenna and the minor repairs were not addressed, they only stated that they will address this later if possible. My sales representative was either off or fire the second day the person handling my claim would not address my salesman status, and manager sent one else that was not informed about any of the shortcoming.

Repair of 2014 Expedition EL

Took SUV in for warranty repairs needed. Octavio Marrufo was the Service Advisor for this service; from the initial greeting to the return of my vehicle, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. Very impressed with the level of service provided.

Service department

I bought my car in 2014 new ever since then i take my truck there for service and never never my car its washed im not asking fir a detail carwash just an outside but the saddest thing it's when i asked them about my truck being washed their answer always is the carwash its not working amazing and we just did the transmission oil change oil change filter and not even a complimentary carwashed its amazing and discouraging ti recommend
