In this day and age who has time to shop for a car in person. I started my search online when I learned my current car needed almost $4k in repairs. When I found the car I wanted I reached out and connected with Jason Liu. He made the whole process go smoothly. He sent me videos and pictures of the car and answered all my questions and most important he was quick to communicate with me. I explained that I didn’t have much time when I picked up the car so he made sure everything was in order and went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out of the dealership knowing I got a great deal and I did. Great experience at Brotherton Cadillac. My salesman Jason Liu, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. There was no pressure and no tactics used. He was honest, upfront, and fast. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Had help from Terrance and overall was great experience! Finance department was 3/5 but the process was quick easy. I also do get one free oil change and free car wash so that’s a bonus!
