Best experience I've had in a long, long time, buying my new XT4 at Brotherton's. Buying a car for quite awhile has had it's challenges. The managers jumped through hoops to make this happen, with a pandemic, scarcity of vehicles and then a snow storm to top it off as it arrived. But the most "hats off," goes to the sales person I was fortunate to get from the very first call to Brotherton's. TERRANCE LIN was exceptional on every level. He kept me constantly informed, and gave the best customer service I have had in decades. He seems quiet, but don't let that fool you.
