Our experience with your dealership since the day we first walked on the lot, meeting Moe, has been unbelievable. You folks rolled out the welcome mat and it just seems to get better each time we visit your dealership. All of the folks that we have met so far, from sales to service have been exceptional. In thinking back to past purchases we have made at other dealerships in Nevada and Southern Utah,we have never been treated so good after the purchase of the vehicle. We can certainly see how Stephen Wade stands well above all of the rest, at least in our opinion. Your shuttle service, Saturday service and loaner program are outstanding. We have always desired to have our vehicles serviced at the dealerships but logistics and past experiences have kept us from doing so. It took 2 hours for a oil change and a wash. If I was a walk-in, I would expect it take that long. With an appointment it should take less time.

I went to have a tire fixed, but ended putting new tires on. The quality was excellent, the price was great. It could not have been more convenient. While I was waiting, I test drove one of their new Dodge Rams with Larry, Incredible truck. Larry was super friendly and not pushy at all.

I have been using the Stephen Wade service department since I bought my Tahoe hybrid in 2008. They have been very attentive to my concerns and keep my vehicle in superb running condition. I have had some unusual problems and they have been able to solve them all quickly and efficiently. They respect my knowledge of my vehicle. As a woman, I really appreciate this.
