Pedro was excellent, always has been. I experienced the driver door was not working, got locked into the vehicle several times, once had to take the top off to get out. When that happened I tied a cord on the emergency door release in the trunk because you can not reach it in a corvette, especially if you are 0ver 6 feet tall and 213 pounds. This is a real safety issue, what if the car was upside down from someone running into me, fire starts,it would be impossible to get out, I'd be dead. Any way Pedro checked me in, I received a ride home and several hours later Pedro called, told me it was a door latch activator and needed to be replaced and they had one in the parts department. He called me back about 5:30, said it was ready and had dispatched the ride for me, excellent service, koodos to Pedro.

Great Car Buying Experience

The buying experience with the Sales Rep. was absolutely professional. He was extremely helpful and never pushy. I informed him that I was very interested in buying the 2015 Corvette Z06 and was put on a waiting list. A couple months passed and Sales Rep. called me that an allocation became available, I jumped at the opportunity to order the Z06. The Sales Rep. was very helpful in helping me choose options and explained everything in detail. Me and my wife are extremely happy with the buying experience at Three-Way and will always remember that. BTW....still can't believe that a 2015 Z06 is in my garage!!

Fantastic sales experience

Everything was fine. Enjoyed our sales person and appreciated her getting others involved as she was very new at Three Way. Sale was fine all the way around

Worth the drive

Recently purchased a new Cadillac ATS from 3Way in Bakersfield. This is the second Cadillac we have purchased from this dealership. Since we live in Paso Robles, we spent a lot of time emailing and corresponding with the internet rep before driving 100 miles to Bakersfield. By the time we arrived, we knew what was available at the dealership, asking prices, discounts and trade-in value. Even though we ended up buying a different car than the one we came to look at that better meets our needs, the information we had received before arriving at the dealership was very helpful. We were treated well and fairly throughout the process. It was worth the long drive.

There simply isn't enough room to provide adequate feedback for the exceptional level of service I received. Every individual I encountered was awesome! The service was consistent and genuine. It did not feel fake or scripted, it more just what they do. The most appropriate summary of the service I can provide is I felt like I was their only customer, while I know I was not. They made me feel special and that my satisfaction truly mattered. I could tell that they value their customers' business and because of their level of service I will be a loyal customer returning only to Three Way Cadillac when I am in need of another vehicle. They have set the bar high!!

My Last Visit

Made and appointment, was able to get a date right away. Arrived, my service adviser saw me within minutes, took information on my vehicle, asked me what I needed and gave me an estimate. I was very happy that it came out to be just a few dollars short of the estimate, but pretty accurate, They checked for any recalls on the vehicle and also had a special discount for an oil change, tire rotation and I took advantage of that too.
