Salesman was very conscientious and reserved in his demeanor...translation: we didn't feel pressured, he answered our questions easily and with knowledge, and he allowed us to view/experience the vehicle at our leisure. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writer said, because of the number of cars in for service, that it would be 2 1/2 hours, I was out in 1 1/2 hours. They did a full service diagnostic as well. Great job!
