I HAVE GOTTEN 2 CARS FROM 3 WAY AUTO OVER THE PAST 7 YEARS AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THE SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. MY SALESMAN HEATH WAS FANTASTIC. FROM TIME I WALKED ONTO YOUR LOT TILL THE MINUTE I DROVE OFF OF IT IN MY NEW 2015 CAMARO.IT WASNT HOURS OF SITTING TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A DEAL. HE HAD ME IN FINANCING AND ON THE ROAD IN A LITTLE OVER A HOUR. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO THANK ERIC IN FINANCING FOR THE FANTASTIC SERVICE AND EXPLANATION OF EVERYTHING IN REGARDS TO MY LEASE. MY CAMARO IS AMAZING!!

Excellent Service

There was a recall on my car. I made an appt. Pedro was my service rep, I asked if I could get my car back within a couple of hours. He got it done for me as I needed. My experience with Three Way Chevrolet was very good. Thank you

clean facility cute girls

I made a reservation to bring our C7 Vette in for a recall item. First, It was not on the list for the date and/or time you had given me. That was OK as planned to leave the car anyway. Yes, I needed a ride home. They told me it would be a few minutes as the driver was close by the dealership. Had to wait a hour and half for my ride. Way to long. Missed the call when it was finished, had to call my service person then rush over before you closed. We live in Solara - way far away from 3 way.

Great service

Alex (in used car sales) went above and beyond for me, he set my maintenance (recall) appointment up, for me, met me early and drove me to work. He's a great salesman! Thank you Alex!

Service Dept. 5 Stars? Appointment Center 0 Stars

I made an appointment to have a recall problem taken care of and was a little disappointed that I could not get in for two weeks. When I did show up for the appointment, the service department had no record of the appointment. Jose, service department rep, at first told me it would be several hours. He offered me a shuttle ride home, but said before we did that, he would check to see if they could get me in sooner. The waiting room was packed but Jose called me in about thirty minutes and told me they were finished. He was very pleasant and because of his willingness to accommodate me even though I didn't show up on his list I considered the visit a success.

Great service, clean facility

On May 12,2015 we purchased our third vehicle from Three Way. There were two Samanthas that helped us, one was just starting her second day and one was training her. They were both extremely helpful and professional. They answered every question we had and went out of their way to be helpful. The gentleman in finance that helped us was also friendly and professional. He got us a good rate on our loan. We are extremely satisfied with Three Way Chevrolet and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

No run around. Fast and friendly

I was able to get right in when I needed and had additional issues taken care of rather than told I needed to make another appointment, and everything was still handled the same day.
