Wonderful Service and Assistance!

I was really assisted by 3 people at Three Way Chevrolet. Ryan was the first one to call me once a notice was sent saying I was looking into buying a car. He was very polite and helpful, pointed me in the direction I needed to be in. Once I had the idea of what I wanted he told me Samantha would be the one to assist me with actually looking at my car, test driving and answering all of my questions. She was very patient, helpful and polite as well. I already had my mind made up once she allowed me to test drive the Chevy Sonic. Jose was the financial assistant. He got all of my paperwork together, went through everything clearly and was willing to help me understand anything I didn't. Everyone was very happy to help me with whatever I needed.

great services

I was very satisified with the service I recieved on my 2012 Chevy cruz.The service dept. staff was very polite,being considerate of my needs & my time waiting for an accurate diagnosis,keeping me notified of any changes with the service on my vehicle,including as soon as the service was completed.Iam very confident that 3Way goes that extra mile to achieve complete customer satisfaction,being with service,sales,ect.

Recall

The experience was very good. The recall work was completed in short order and I was on my way. The service rep was excellent, he has helped me before. I'm at a loss for his name, can't seem to bring it to light, a senior moment I guess. Thank you

Very friendly

fast service

After going through several quarts of oil to keep my engine at the proper level, I finally took my car in to 3Way. I work seven days a week and that car is my only method of transportation. I honestly thought I was going to have to leave my vehicle at the dealer over the week, which would have made my life a little more complicated than it all ready is. Luckily, the hard-working, knowledgeable staff at 3Way got my car's oil leak fixed by the following day.

Jay our sale

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. It was so easy, fast, and organized. Our sales person Jay made everything smooth and easy to understand. As well as the gentlemen in finance who helped me. Everything Jay said he would do he did. They worked with me to get me the deal I wanted.I feel very confident with my purchase and will definitely recommend three way and Jay to everyone I know.
